The Medic

Name: Nikita Shelepov

Occupation: Team Medic for her resistance force.
Appearance: Nikita is a young woman with medium length black hair typically tied back in a ponytail, especially on operations. She is light-skinned and has a rather modest frame compared to her bulk, lithe, and standout team members. She has hazel eyes and wears glasses.

While in combat, Nikita wears full black combat gear, which includes a heavy jacket, combat pants, boots, and all of her equipment. She carries a Vityaz rifle, but she only uses it as a last resort. Her medical kit backpack is her primary tool.

Casually, Nikita tends to dress in whatever is most comfortable. The Russian winter in a resistance base has little care for fashion, and Nikita wishes to be practical at all times.
Personality: Nikita is a no-nonsense woman who takes her job as the team medic seriously. However, Nikita also has a short temper and unfiltered vocabulary. She’ll often berate her teammates for getting injuries, particularly ones that could have been avoided. Threats to cause surgical harm are common.

Despite this, Nikita deeply cares for her team and the greater good. She’ll often spend sleepless nights trying to make sure her team is well, and won’t hesitate to put even her life on the line to ensure her team is alive and well.
Abilities and Equipment: Being the medic of the group, Nikita possesses years of medical knowledge. While she officially has only an MD in medicine, Nikita possesses years off informal knowledge. On top of this, she is one of the most foremost battlefield surgeons in the world, though it wouldn’t be apparent when reading any file.

She possesses a medical kit with all the basic supplies to patch up wounds mid battlefield. It ranges from basic things such as bandages and stitches to more advanced tech like searing lasers and portable x-rays.

While Nikita does possess a Vityaz SN, she has little experience
Backstory: Nikita was born in an upper class Russian family near the Ukrainian border. She received an education in the medical field, particularly to become a surgeon. She had no problems accomplishing her dreams, but the harsh Russian environment would soon make reality apparent.

More and more, the government began to decide who lived and who died, oftentimes based on a simple matter of beliefs. Nikita couldn’t stand for that; her oath as a doctor was to save everyone she could. As such, when offered the chance, Nikita joined the resistance as soon as possible.

Now, she serves as the medical officer of the group. She still keeps her oath in her heart at all times… even if her team tests the limit of her patience.
