  • Description

    Undine are an aqautic demihuman race descended from water spirits. They can breath underwater and have a natural affinity to water magic. Undine have fin-like ears and slightly webbed hands and feet.

    Maren grew up in a small tribe of other Undine. He had no parents, but his tribe raised children communally, so he was never truly an orphan. Like many of his kind, he learned magic, though only a basic understanding of healing.

    Over time, Maren's small community was whittled away by bandit raids and monster attacks. The survivors were scattered to the wind, and Maren left to become an adventurer. He is driven by his desire to become strong enough to protect the people he cares about, and a bright curiosity of the world.

    Maren wears chainmail under simple clothing and wields a sword.
