the year is 1820, Freddy was a young man, he had the ability to drop the temperature of his surroundings down to an absolute zero. The problem was that he was also affected by this. Once day, Fredrick had lost control of his power and an entire city was frozen over, he was killed almost instantly, and yet his power lived on, and didn't stop until 2020. 202 was when his body was recovered and resurrected using a healing-type ability. his power's range dropped to a few meters in each direction, but now he was Immune to his ability. The side effects however, would haunt him.

He was always cold, A side effect of his ability. The ability didn't shrink in power either, but became unpredictable, tied to his emotions and intentions.
