Background: Nothing is known of Fulcrum's history prior to arriving in the strange world Omniopolis inhabits, at least nothing Fulcrum has been willing to share apart from working for the original branch of a terrorist group called MECH.

In this strange new world they found themselves in, they did not give up on MECH's goals. They worked to organize and gather a sizeable force to continue working to gain advanced technology, with the plan to one day return to their Earth with the spoils they obtained in the world they were in.

Personality: Fulcrum is cold, to their men and to any enemies they may find. They have a ruthless sense of pragmatism, keeping to their mission exclusively when working. Despite this, they do have a tendency to taunt opponents. Fulcrum has a very secretive nature, most likely a byproduct of the overly covert nature of MECH. Fulcrum has a particular interest in alien tech, primarily Cybertronians, though they won't turn their nose up at any other alien tech they find.

Other: Fulcrum has chosen to continue Project Chimera, which is the plan to build Cybertronians from scratch under the control of MECH, however they've begun to use the tech they've discovered in this universe to further enhance Project Chimera. MECH has developed a rivalry with the Forever Knights, due to their similar, but opposing goals.

Skills: Fulcrum is a highly trained military combatant, skilled in the use of multiple fire arms, as well as multiple forms of martial arts. They keep their body in the best shape they are able to.

Abilities: Fulcrum possesses no unique abilities.

Gear: Fulcrum's primary equipment is their Assault Rifle, modified like all MECH rifles, to have a long range electric blast mode, designed to disable humans and Cybertronians. Their goggles provide a heads up display, as well providing night vision. Their mask contains a comm link to communicate with other MECH agents at a distance.

Weaknesses: Without their gear, Fulcrum is a mostly normal human being, with no unique powers to speak of.
