Eli Snow

Born Eli Gabriel Snow, Eli was brought into a family of long established and deep affluence. He was born in the blustery Canadian city of Vancouver, the home city of his father's inherited lucrative business. That business? None other than Snow Petroleum, a third generation oil company that burns strong to this day and shows no signs of fizzling out anytime in the near future. Snow Petroleum supplies essential fuel used for heating a large portion of Canada, as well as a good portion of the United States thanks to an international contract. All that business means insurmountable wealth for the Snow family, something that Eli became aware from a very young age. As the only son of the family, Eli is the sole heir to the family fortune; a fortune that currently sits in the millions of dollars bracket.

Yet despite being the son of a highly successful oil tycoon, Eli did not fall into the typical personality patterns one would expect from a child born into a wealthy family. He is the farthest thing from spoiled, entitled, snotty, or any synonym of that category. Luckily for Eli, his parents raised him on good values of being thankful for the blessings one was gifted and earned, instead of placing themselves above others because of monetary value. These ingrained beliefs helped shape Eli into an incredibly selfless young man, and as he grew older in age, his generosity grew as well. At the age of seventeen, Eli graduated early and at the top of his high school class, leaving him open to any college he wished to attend due to namely his intelligence but also his wealth. He was graciously accepted into Yale University, where he went on to earn a degree in Creative Writing.

From a young age, Eli always had a knack for story telling. From the depths of his mind he was able to conjure vast tales involving vivid, detailed characters, well beyond what the average person could conceptualize. Given the gift he had been blessed with, it only seemed naturally that Eli would pursue writing as a career; a career he is still working towards day after day.

After graduating from Yale, Eli relocated to the state of New York, to the Upper East Side of Manhattan, more specifically. It is there he occupies a posh apartment space in a local high rise building amongst other wealthy residents. Some days, Eli can be found alone in his apartment working on his writing, mostly on short stories that his hired publisher circulates in various forms of written media. These published stories earn Eli his own source of income, on top of a very generous allowance from his father that allows Eli to pay the rent on his apartment and fund his lavish lifestyle without much thought.

Despite his lavish lifestyle, Eli makes up for what he spends with what he gives, ten times over. As a person, Eli can be described as selfless, humble, and incredibly generous, to name a few words. While he works on writing what he dreams of is the next great American novel, Eli spends most of his time being a hands-on owner to his own organization; the Snow Project.

The Snow Project is Eli's "baby"; a series of shelters geared towards providing resources to impoverished men, women, and children across the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Due to Eli's contributions and personal dedication, he has provided hundreds upon hundreds of individuals and families a warm place to sleep, a hot meal, and educational and job opportunities, so such individuals can get back on their own feet and provide a good life for themselves. And when the month of December comes around, the Snow Project annually launches the "Snow White Christmas" campaign, which provides impoverished families with Christmas decorations, gifts, and a holiday meal, so no child ever has to go without the magic of Christmas, which by no coincidence happens to be Eli's favorite holiday.

A very hands-on CEO, Eli does more than just fund his organization. He also can be found very frequently serving meals at his meal kitchens, or on job sites building homes in low income neighborhoods. His work even extends beyond low income neighborhoods and into the affluent Upper East Side, where Eli is known to host charity fundraising parties. It is at these parties where Eli gains the opportunity to change out of work jeans and tattered shirts and into designer clothing; most notably his signature Yves Saint Laurent black leather jacket. These parties attract many celebrities and elite members of high society, all gathered to support a worthy cause. Because of such fundraising events and contributions, the local media has dubbed Eli the "Snow Angel", a title Eli looks upon humbly. To him, he is merely doing what he is meant to, which is using what he has to give to those who are without.

Those who know Eli personally describe him as a free spirit, a ray of light, and someone who just makes one feel at peace in his presence. He relentlessly advocates towards putting others above himself, while still discovering who "himself" actually is. A traveler at heart, Eli has been to the ends of the earth and back on various soul searching journeys, finding pieces of himself scattered across the continents of the earth. From the fallen city of Rome to the glorious shores of Greece, to the tropical islands of Bora Bora, Eli finds solace in traveling alone, taking the rustic roads less traveled amongst the native locals instead of flocking to the tourist resort hotspots. And Eli has made it a rule that on these travels, before returning home, he has to do one good deed of service and leave his "mark"- both on his heart and on the community he's visiting.

When it comes to love, Eli hasn't really had a serious girlfriend in his life. He's guilty of having a few one night stands, but he reserves the best of himself for a woman who can truly spark his soul. A woman he's sure he's destined to meet, somehow, someday...
