Personality: Once an optimistic child full of belief in the Circle and the strength of her powers, Briara has become jaded during her many years under the Templar's watch. While she hasn't grown angry enough to openly rebel against the senior enchanters and their chantry overlords, it can't be denied that she chafes more and more under the eternal rules and regulations and taboos settled upon mage's shoulders 'for the greater good.' While there is still a part of her that wants to do the right thing and use her magic for the benefit of others, it feels more and more like no one wants her help or they are all holding their breath expecting her to inevitably turn to blood magic. Listening to the senior enchanters going around and around in endless, pointless discussion about ethics and politics hasn't been helping her mood recently either.
