Appearance
Victor can often be seen wearing a wide variety of outfits; his primary outfit consists of black, leather pants along with a grey sweater beneath a red, biker style jacket. He finishes his outfit with a pair of black leather gloves and boots. Whenever he’s not in the public eye or just relaxing, he tends to go for a simple t-shirt, pair of jeans, and a pair of sneakers. In official league matches, he wears the Ground-type variant of the uniform with #111 on his back, referencing his first partner Pokemon, Rhyhorn who has since evolved into Rhyperior. His Alcremie can often be seen resting on his shoulder or in his arms.

Alcremie
Nickname: Clover
Gender: Female
Ability: Sweet Veil
Moves: Decorate, Draining Kiss, Giga Drain, Recover
Personality: As expected from the sweet, somewhat minty cream the Pokemon produces, Alcremie is an incredibly friendly, affectionate Pokemon that adores making friends wherever she and her trainer might go. She has little sense of danger and will gleefully approach anyone, regardless of how dangerous they might seem. This often forces the other Pokemon to ensure she’s safe. Alcremie serves as the voice of reason for the team and often does her best to calm down those that are upset. Though friendly and outgoing, she refuses to go far from her trainer’s side, becoming nervous and soft-spoken while alone.
Backstory: Victor had first met the little Fairy type while she was just a Milcery while on his way to Turfield. After spending so much time in the dark Galar Mine, he decided it was time to set up camp and get some lunch for himself and his Pokemon; experimenting with some sweeter ingredients this time around. The scent of the unusual ingredients had attracted Milcery, prompting it to investigate and to more or less help herself to the remaining curry in the pan. Satisfied with her unplanned lunch, she approached the unsuspecting trainer. Surprised by their unexpected guest, Milcery found herself growing increasingly more interested in traveling with Victor, if just to get another taste of the curry he made. Not seeing the harm in letting his third Pokemon join the team; they set off for Turfield together where she would play an instrumental part in his battle with Milo. She had evolved into the Mint Cream Alcremie by accident, not long before they would arrive in Motostoke. Though she can hit pretty hard, Alcremie has low defenses and speed. -
Rhyperior
Nickname: Rocky
Gender: Male
Ability: Lightning Rod
Moves: Rock Wrecker, Heat Crash, Thunder Punch, Bulldoze
Personality: First and foremost, the Rock-type is incredibly stubborn and will never give up, even in the face of a powerful foe. Fiercely loyal to his trainer and protective of his allies, Rhyperior will do anything he can to ensure that his companions are safe, often flying into fits of rage and aggression when it seems they’ll be harmed. He’ll only obey commands from Victor, promptly ignoring anyone else, even if his trainer trusts them. In battle, Rhyperior will do anything it can to attain victory, never relenting in his attack. Outside of battle, he enjoys spending his freetime napping. Rhyperior can be a bit of a glutton sometimes, being the largest source of Victor’s food expenses.
Backstory: Initially given to him by his parents as a Rhyhorn for his seventh birthday. They had high hopes of him following in their footsteps as renowned Rhyhorn Racers in the Kalos region, though Victor never followed through and had instead gained an interest in battle and later, in fashion. The pair were practically inseparable right from the start, very rarely seen apart from the other. After arriving in Galar, Rhyhorn had immediately left his impression as one of his main battlers, though he wouldn’t evolve until just before Victor had arrived in Hammerlocke and wouldn’t evolve again until Victor returned to Kalos for a brief vacation prior to the Galar League. With the help of his parents, who were still slightly disappointed that he chose a different path, Rhydon finally evolved in Rhyperior. He cemented himself as the team’s main powerhouse, boasting incredible strength and defense, but is incredibly slow. He was instrumental in defeating Leon in the finals. -
Lapras
Nickname: Aurora
Gender: Female
Ability: Hydration
Moves: Icy Wind, Hydro Pump, Sheer Cold, Solar Beam
Special Trait: G-Max Factor
Personality: Gentle, generous, and cautious. Lapras is generally an incredibly friendly, easy-going Pokemon that typically goes with the flow. As expected, she enjoys spending as much time as she can in the water and loves carrying people on her back. She’ll gleefully approach those that appear happy and kind, but will quickly back away from those she gets a poor feeling from. She’s highly intelligent and while she trusts Victor’s judgment, she often prefers to follow her own initiative if she feels her ideas are superior. She greatly enjoys battling, often being rather theatrical while in combat.
Backstory: She was first met while traveling through the Wild Area, having been discovered in one of the various Dynamax Dens. Despite most of his team having severe disadvantages against the much larger Pokemon, the battle ended in Victor’s favor and with her being captured. Since then, she’s played an instrumental part in many of Victor’s battles, boasting the G-Max Factor that often allows her to turn the tide in battle. While she may not hit as hard as Rhyperior, she boasts quite a bit more speed and stamina. -
Noctowl
Nickname: Hooty
Gender: Male
Ability: Keen Eye
Moves: Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Protect, Zen Headbutt
Personality: Similarly to Lapras, Noctowl is a highly intelligent Pokemon; he is incredibly perspective, able to clearly and easily tell when someone is being dishonest with him or his trainer, and often responds in kind. Despite his high intelligence, he can be impulsive and rash at times, often making split second decisions that can sometimes lead to undesired results. Highly determined, Noctowl will never give up, even if it seems all odds are against him; he’ll continue fighting until he no longer has the strength to lift up its wings. While not highly affectionate, he greatly enjoys receiving head scratches.
Backstory: This was the first Pokemon that Victor had captured after beginning his journey in the Galar region. Discovered along the roads to the Wild Area as just a Hoothoot, he had cemented himself as a vital member of the team despite not being as strong as the others. While one of the first to fall in battle, he provides invaluable assistance outside battle, often being Victor’s eyes in the skies. He had evolved shortly before his first gym battle with Milo. In battle, it doesn’t have any particular strengths or weaknesses, but is still the weakest overall member of the team. -
Centiskorch
Nickname: Scorch
Gender: Male
Ability: Flame Body
Moves: Coil, Crunch, Fire Lash, Leech Life
Personality: Stubborn, somewhat aggressive, yet highly affectionate and cheerful. When one first meets him, they’ll find an incredibly standoffish Pokemon that seemingly resents them for just existing, but once it metaphorically warms up to the newcomer, he becomes incredibly protective and affectionate, gladly cuddling up to them. In battle, Centiskorch takes a highly aggressive approach, striking his opponents with terrifying fury and anger, never backing down, even when the opposition is clearly defeated. He is fiercely loyal and protective of Victor, being quick to lash out at those he feels are threatening his trainer; he’ll never obey an order from anyone besides Victor.
Backstory: Centiskorch was initially met as a Sizzlipede during Victor’s gym test in Motostoke, being the only one of the three Pokemon he was actually able to capture. Though training him was relatively difficult, upon its evolution following his gym battle with Opal, Centiskorch cemented himself as a major powerhouse on Victor’s team, being second only to Rhyperior. Though he struggled somewhat during the battle with Leon, it was instrumental in many of the other league battles. In battle, Centiskorch boasts great power and defense, but below average speed -
Ferrothorn
Nickname: Thorn
Gender: Female
Ability: Iron Barbs
Moves: Spikes, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed, Power Whip
Personality: Despite her size and low speed, Ferrothorn is a surprisingly hyper, playful Pokemon that can often be seen playing around whenever the team isn’t traveling or busy with something else, though the other Pokemon are often hesitant to play with her due to the sharp thorns on her body. This hesitancy doubles whenever she desires some affection, though she’s rarely denied as to not upset her. In battle, she’s highly stubborn and persistent, eager to prove her worth by attempting to take whatever her opponents throw at her, however, she tends to play a more supportive role in battle.
Backstory: She had initially been caught just before Victor would take on the Hammerlocke Gym. Thanks to his recently evolved Centiskorch, the battle against her was relatively easy. Since then, she’s proved herself to be the primary defensive backbone of the team, playing key roles in many of his league battles. In battle, Ferrothorn boasts great power and even greater defensive prowess, but terrible speed.
