    Jonah is, perhaps, a rather stereotypical example of the 'well bred, handsome' noble. He is somewhat short, standing a good bit under 6 foot tall, with a sharp jawline and defined features. His strong brow, piercing eyes and high cheek bones all immediately point to his 'good breeding' and it is clear to all who look upon him that Jonah is no mere Hive-born trash. He carries himself well, moving always with a calm, deliberate pace and he is surrounded at all times by an air of quiet confidence, even when stressed or unsure of his situation, Jonah maintains an aura of command, never letting his doubt show.

    He keeps himself well groomed, ensuring his hair is always perfectly trimmed and maintained, and he would rather be caught dead than be seen in an unclean or creased uniform by a fellow officer. His badges and pins are always polished, his sword sharp and pistol lovingly kept. The only concession Jonah makes to his appearance is his facial hair. While it is rather uncommon to meet an Imperial officer who has a beard, Jonah keeps his, covering his jaw in a thin layer of stubble that somehow works to accentuate his handsome face.

    Despite being an officer of the Imperial Navy, and thus in a perfect condition to grow fat and lazy, Jonah works hard to keep his body at the peak of physical excellence. Regular exercise and intense combat training help to keep him fit and ready for battle. Broad chested, with powerful, scar covered muscles and a well trained eye, Jonah can hold his own in combat whether he is using his pistol at range or crossing blades with a foe in the press of melee. Due to his size, he is forced to train a good bit more than most simply to ensure he is not overwhelmed in a fight merely due to a difference in stature and these days, he can handily hold his own against an enemy nearly twice his height.
