Rhae Yarrow

As so were the powers of the legendary Medusa, Rhae has been born with the Petrifying Gaze of the Gorgon. But what would a super power be without some layers?!

Scales of the Gorgon
Rhae was born a meta human with a shifted anatomy. She is a Llamia. Human upper half. Snake lower half. Her upper body is also widely dotted with patches of scales. Some of which never going away, but other patches popping up as needed like an active armor across her body. When in need of additional protection, her body shifts into a scale clad state, which takes time before the scales retract back beneath her skin and become smooth once more.

Gaze of Stone
When Dusa's eyes light up, her fixed gaze meeting the victims own eyes will induce a bodily stun upon them. During which time the body and muscles become tense and unable to relax, locking the victim in position. After another second or two, the stone shift begins. Everything of and on their body becomes affected. Patches of stone grow quickly across their form, always ending at the eyes, where the victim becomes a full statue now for up to an hour or until Dusa reverses the effect. Premature release from the gaze will slowly reverse the process if it has not completed, but still leave the body rigid and stiff as a side effect.

Petrifying Ray
Dusa's eyes become aglow with a fuming fog from them. Shortly after an optical beam is projected and steadily flows for as long as Dusa concentrates on doing so. Anything caught in the ray will be swiftly petrified. This effect though does not spread like her gaze, however, it is much faster. In order for something to be fully stone shifted, it must be bathed in the ray long enough. This is not limited to people. Anything caught in the ray will be shifted to stone, and the intensity leaves the afflicted in such a state for up to days unless Dusa reverses the effect.

Stone Softening Sight
Dusa projects a wide cone of light from her eyes, which affect anything she has turned to stone. The pertifying effects are quickly reversed and the afflicted state is returned to their normal form with little side effects.

Stone Seer Servants
The people and objects Dusa converts to stone become usable in a new way to Dusa. At will, Dusa can command petrified matter to act as Golems under her control. They obey commands for as long as they are stone, and, can be utilized by Geomancy, applicable again to only things Dusa has turned to stone. Partially shifted matter is not affected at all.

For every strength there can be found weakness. When someone has no more weakness, there is perhaps a greater problem ahead of us all...

Weakness 1
The Cold
Due to her Biology, Dusa does not operate well under cold conditions. She gets sleepy. Her body literally begins to shut down on her and she loses all focus on things. Cold based attacks are super effective.

Weakness 2
Piercing
Dusa's scales are super effective against blunt and slashing attacks. It's hard to cut or impact her in a way that really harms her. Piercing though can slip the scales and cause great harm beneath.

Weakness 3
LOS
In order to gain any value with her abilities, Dusa requires a good line of sight. Her powers are all sight and gaze based. Breaking LOS makes her have to adjust.

Rhae Yarrow is a meta human recently graduated from Neo Astra University. After successful completing the NAU Hero Course, like all other graduates in her class, she was immediately awarded her Provisional Heroes License which granted her the ability to begin marketing and advertising herself for Agency Employment.

It's a tough world out there though. Loads of Supers all looking to get their shot and land their hand in the pot. So image is everything. You need to be popular, marketable, and actually good at the work you're trying to apply to agencies for! Rhae took to the private sectors to find her first shots at fame and popularity. Also known as, The Internet!!! Building her online persona first, she aims to popularize herself to the masses of NA and rocket herself into the awareness of high end agencies.

Introducing, Eyes Up Here!

EUH is Rhaes brand of metal human clothing and costuming which is designed to accentuate and embolden those who are of Alt Physiology due to their Meta-Human Shift. Rhae being a Llamia was often plagued by limited selections and awareness towards her bodily needs when it came to garb and costuming for this amazing world of Supers around her. Rather than dredge the limited selections though, she began doing something about it.

Rhae brings a sense of pride and confidence towards her body, and to others, with the creation of form fitting and anatomy compatible clothing. Eyes Up Here started as a joking slogan or catch phrase Rhae began using because of her Hero Identity, Dusa. Like the mythological Medusa, Rhae has snakes hair, snake body, and a Petrifying Gaze! Also, she is also very aware of her ample bodily assets as well. So the joke was made, like all perfect comical moments when you catch someone staring at your bosom. Eyes Up Here! But how funny is that now, that you're staring into the eyes of a Gorgon!?

And so Rhae's journey begins here, in the hype of her online personality and brand, trying to make a name for herself and get noticed by an agency. To get her chance to rise up the ranks and play in the games. It has always been a young girls dream to play with the big boys so to speak. To be a self made woman too if all else fails, and boost Meta Confidence everywhere.
