    By most accounts Jeremiah studies old and evil things, traffics with powers best left alone, and favors personal adornments fashioned from the dearly departed. He’s also remarkably cheerful about it. While there are, of course, practitioners of forbidden arts who like to unwind after a long day in service to the Dark Ones by lounging around in an obsidian robe and drinking the blood of the innocent out of a hollowed out skull, Jeremiah would rather go out for a beer. Served in a glass. Preferably while wearing pants. Regardless, when not being his usual extroverted self, the ol’ grave robber is probably best viewed as a sort of historian with a particular interest in knowledge he has no business knowing. It’s the most profitable kind, after all, and he’s not particularly fussy about gleaning it through violence, subterfuge, or the discrete use of a shovel.

    Otherwise, what to say about him - ordinary build; easy smile; and just a little too much ritualistic cheek scarring for most folk's comfort. Then again, maybe the scarring was just to set off the trio of bone studs in each of his ears. At a glance, he was somewhere in his fifties and his blond hair (freakin' majestic - lets be clear) was slowly fading towards some shade of brown. That said, there was still enough sinew in his arms to suggest he wasn't afraid of a day’s labor, honest or not. His clothes tended towards ordinary – shirts, trousers, sometimes a long leather coat if protection from rain, snow, or plagues o’ locust was in order. Setting aside the more spectacular aspects of his appearance, he was fairly easy on the eyes and had an approachable air.
