• Description

  Deanna can most often be seen wearing blue jeans, a jean jacket, wildly colored tennis shoes, and a handful of leashes. Her chestnut brown hair frames eager grey-blue eyes. She loves adventure and wandering up and down the streets of Uptown. With a pack of dogs around her, she doesn't fear much of anything.
  
  The scars on her wrist might cause a Hunter to think she could be a werewolf, but they came from a dog who had bit her when she was just a little girl. Despite that, she's not afraid of any animals, rather she chalks up any injuries to her own misinterpretation of the animal's behavior.
  
  Dee's spunky nature sometimes gets her into trouble, as does her compulsion for following her nose to track down criminals. She does occasionally wear a badge--but it's tucked into her wallet which resides in her back pocket. She rarely wears a purse--mostly to avoid tangling the leashes and because if she's led on a chase, the purse strap will only get in her way.

• Biography

  When Deanna was very young, she was bit by a large mutt her parents had owned. When her parents found blood everywhere, they immediately put the dog down and didn't get a new one--much to Dee's disappointment. Feeling bad because the bite had been her own fault--she had been waving a bone in the dog's face--she made a promise to help any dog she found once she was living on her own.
  
  At the moment she lives in a condo with three dogs: Toby, a Burnese Mountain Dog (3 years old), Ginger, a Tibetan Mastiff (5 years old), and Churchill, an older English Bulldog (8 years old). She takes them for walks and often takes her neighbors dogs on walks as well.
  
  She works as an animal behaviorist and watches animal behavior consistently. But that's just her cover for being a criminal profiler as she works with the local police in Nexxus.
