  Body
  Hyacinthe has a gymnast's or a dancer's lithe body, well toned, not heavily muscled. He walks with grace, though his eager steps are not always properly sedate. Most of the man's skin is extremely pale, but it transitions abruptly to ebony from his elbows to his fingertips, and from his knees to his toes. Generally this strangeness of coloring is covered up by his clothing. Another oddity about the man are the two lop ears which typically frame his face, covered in a fine soft black fur. These are sometimes hidden by raven black hair.

  Hyacinthe is a little bit of a clothes horse, and has a very wide variety of garments at his disposal. Often seen in any number of brocade coats and waist coats, he also possesses clothing more commonly seen on Chinese fellows, a very formal black and white suit, and several other garments that he does not care to mention most of the time. His hair is sometimes tied back with a ribbon, and when that is the case his ears are more prominently displayed. He smells of a mixture of honeysuckle, blackberry, and rosewood overlaid with a good dose of dark chocolate.
