  Referred to some as the Grand Wizard, Dingir lives up to that title with his many projects that benefit whomever is able to afford them. He cares little for the conflicts that may happen as a direct result of his actions, putting more of his efforts into creating impenetrable fortresses. Is that castle-like structure too advanced for a clan of goblins? It was likely a transaction was involved! On top of that, he is rumored to be communicating with creatures from other planes, outsiders of all sorts. Demons! One could imagine the word "heretic" thrown about rather heavily in association with his name.
  
  He is presumed to be human, although his age is unknown, appearing to be in his mid-twenties. Wizards aren't often gifted, especially not to this extent, at such a young age. ...However, few attempt to visit him based on such a trivial curiosity. Most visits are either accidental or highly intentional with a great need or a great offer.
  
  If your people are in danger, a visit to the wizard just might save them! ...It may also cost something you are unprepared to relinquish, such as your crown.. or perhaps a sizable group of chaste females. After all, it might be considered a worthy trade: your daughter's freedom (or life!) for the promise of a bountiful harvest. Perhaps a superior force threatens your kingdom with war, and you need something to even the odds? The possibilities are certainly worth consideration!

  This character is highly environmental. Even if you manage to tangle yourself up in a completely smut-based story with him, the surroundings are important. He's not a character that you can just meet out of the blue; a meeting is an event.

  • You step onto a glyph of transport that teleports you into his tower.
  • You have something of immense value to offer.
  • Your were traded (likely by family) for something of value.
  • You are a demon or outsider who is summoned through a planar rift.
  • Your faction decides to attack him, or something he is constructing before it is complete.
  • You are of a slave race (pixie, orc, ogre, goblin, imp, etc) that naturally gravitates towards a reliable food source.
  • You are a student (or professor) belonging to a magician's academy, seeking either an audience with the wizard or a visit to the grand library.

  
  Types of buildings
  
  He's been involved in the creation of castles, towers, cliffside garrisons, underground networks/tunnels, island strongholds.. Far enough beneath the ground, there are places where towers are surrounded by moats of lava. Many of his structures have been torn by conflict or weather, and often resemble ruins that a treasure hunter might visit.
  
  Despite his access to other planes, he does not build outside of his current plane. In fact, he rarely has a reason to exit his own plane.. He will summon others into his presence or create a planar rift, but he dares not venture into a place where he is of inferior power.
