      In the following terms and conditions the one known as Porthaeus will provide services under the employment of Emperor Jiuqi within these professional expectations:
      • Weapon forging and welding for all of his Nine Generals and Attendants, Emperor himself, and the royal family. With the exclusion of servants or soldiers, or lesser guards.
      • Repairs or replacements to be made if damage is sustained to those listed above.
      • Creation of offensive siege equipments or other offensive tactical mechanisms necessary for large scale battles. When needed.

      Contract of Wages: Emperor Juiqi
      The following Accommodations and Payments will be made by Emperor Juiqi to Porthaeus for services rendered:
      • All expenses for materials, tools, resources, and parts hereby covered.
      • Any import fees, dock taxes, shipment hand fees, etc are hereby covered.
      • Additional labor hands should they be necessary for larger projects; hereby covered.
      • Rental of the Tether's forge for the making of any weapon or item. Hereby covered.
      • With the addition to standard wage of: 140 gold biweekly or 70 gold weekly.

      The letters was signed with thick brush strokes of the name Juiqi and sealed with a crimson dragon embossed wax. The hanzi for Nine at the center.
