    Solution: Anti Ghost Whistle created to stop/limit telekinetic power when ghost seeks out client. The modified whistle has holy water and salt as part of the construction. It emits a high frequency noise that is displeasing to the ear. Indiscriminately affects other supernatural entities that are weak or have no defense against holy objects. Mundane and holy creatures are not capable of hearing the sound.
    Follow Up: Reblessing of whistle recommended, more information on ghost needed. Recommendation to dispatch the ghost permanently. Ongoing issue.

Modified having a different pitch frequency and having a container of holy water mixed with salt at the base, the sound can only be heard from those that are supernatural in origin and sensitive to holy magic. Mundane and holy beings will not be able to hear the sound the whistle makes. The sound can be compared to when Harry Potter opens the Golden Egg above water in the movie Goblet of Fire. It is notorious for causing drunkenness even on demons that normally can fend off the effects of alcohol. Kon often uses this to subdue demons that are on his hit list before moving in for the kill. Warning, a little sake goes a long way, anyone that ingests a large dose can expect to have alcohol poisoning or risk falling in a temporary coma. Should humans/mortals consume Demon Slayer, they risk dying from the high proof content. Demon Slayer is extremely expensive and Kon only ever buys a bottle unless there is a powerful demon that he is going after. 1 Bottle contains roughly 15-20 servings depending on the cup used, and can set him back $3,000 per bottle. Each one has a cross at the top as part of it's design made of iron. Kon often goes around the church grounds reblessing these structures to give the church some resistance against demons and other supernatural entities from wanting to defile the Church or congregation. Powerful demons that can overcome the barrier may notice their power feels a bit more suppressed while within the boundaries of the Church. [Pillars need to be reblessed at regular intervals to remain potent]
