Whispers in the Dark-much like the whispers and visions she experiences, Angela operates from behind the scenes, using wit and subterfuge in place of the muscle she lacks to achieve her goals, giving her a +2 modifier to Wits rolls.
Gaze Into the Abyss-Angela can temporarily give a chosen target direct insight into her visions, though never without some degree of risk to one’s sanity. It should be noted that Angela has offered to “share” her visions to those that doubt her. Accept at your own risk.
Disadvantages
Frailty-While unlife may have cured Angela of most of her maladies and granted her immortality, her history of ill-health has followed her into unlife, making her physically weaker than most other vampires.
Empty Well-For as powerful as Angela's dementation has grown over the centuries, too much use without rest will easily exhaust her. -1 to Stamina following the use of Gaze Into the Abyss or other powerful acts of dementation.

Brief History:
Born in 1719 in the American colony of Maryland. A sickly, frail child from birth, Angela was more than used to being bedridden with fever or chills. And all too often, the treatment was far worse than the illnesses she contracted. Blood-letting. Leeches. Concoctions shoved past her lips that often made her vomit. “Medicines” that made her head spin. The sounds of her mother fervently praying for Angela’s recovery were so common that she could practically recite each and every one by heart. For fear of her worsening her parents worry and grief, Angela developed an uncanny air of calm. She became a young girl who never truly seemed frightened, lest her fear spill over into her parents and siblings. Cooped up in her bed, reading became her one real hobby. For all the world, Angela Keller was nothing more than a frail and sickly but intelligent child.

What Angela never told a soul however, were the visions that visited her. She had no other way to describe them. Usually at night when the house was settling, she would see what was to come upon closing her eyes. And more often than not, what she dreamed would occur in time and Angela realized that the connection was no mere coincidence. Knowing the religious nature of her parents however, and not wishing to be a more modern example of a witch burnt at the stake, she kept them to herself. She then began methodical experimentation with her “gift”, how much could she influence the outcome, how much would it take. More often than not, all it took was the right piece of information delivered to the right person at the right time. For a time it seemed easy to hide. A mere suggestion there, a word of good-natured warning there, and if the person concerned could have stood to learn a lesson, either do nothing or push them towards their end. After all, who would truly suspect a young woman with such a weak constitution? Surely she did not have the capacity to actually harm someone.

The carefully constructed lie unraveled however, when she foresaw her sister-in-law’s miscarriage. The strange, uncanny young woman disguised her knowledge as well-intentioned advice. Slipping herbs to facilitate a healthy birth into her food and drink. The miscarriage eventually came to pass, and who was the first to respond but Angela. The woman accused Angela of having tampered with her pregnancy, from the herbs to her warnings, that she had killed her baby out of jealousy. Where her brother’s wife had gotten jealousy from, Angela had not a clue. Desperate to prove her innocence, Angela broke down and confessed to her visions. By sunset, she found herself in a jail cell and called a madwoman. In the end, however, Angela never made it to trial. Instead, she found herself visited in her cell by a strange man who told her of a way to escape her fate. What choice did she have but to accept? And so, Angela Keller was embraced into unlife and the Malkavians.

Since then, Angela has sought not to rid her clan of their derangement, but rather how to manage and understand it. With her vampirism has come a greater control over her visions, becoming able to view them at will. And just as she had used them in life, she now uses them and her fellow Kindred’s desire to know the future to push the world into her desired outcome. Whether her efforts are for good or ill, only Angela truly knows. To the rest, the Malkavian seems to be making sure she is constantly on the winning side, as she often is. That being on the side of the victors often ensures the clan’s safety is an additional benefit.
