Azra, like many vampires, has the ability to bond with another through mutual transfer of blood between the two individuals. He doesn't, however, have the ability to transform others into vampires. Or does he? I would find the idea of him changing someone without his knowledge of being able to do so rather fascinating. Relations can be between these two individuals to any degree. From hatred to possible love interest. It doesn't matter to me, the RP just has to flow naturally.
