  Relationships- If your creation/character can get close enough, and we both talk it over, or I just approve. Just whisper for approval, as it can be weird for both our characters if one party is unaware.
  
  Servant- If I approve of your character, and you have ICly made approaches that have convinced Regina of the possibility. Then by all means just whisper before you start.
  
  Death- Only, and I mean ONLY, if plot demands it. Icly Regina is all but immortal. She does not age as such, and is immune to some things like poison. I also just don't want it to happen arbitrarily.
  
  Now that being said. I DO operate by ICA=ICC. So there is that.
