  Already feeling down from the disaster of a rescue that happened today, Triston decided to use the paltry amount of money he had on a mind-numbing drink. He dove into the nearest open establishment even though it looked like it was probably the dingiest and most run-down bar in the area. But despite the danger, he wasn't really afraid. His mere size and presence was enough to deter any kind of attack, and if ever push comes to shove, his thick arms and massive hands are enough protection.
  
  But tonight was different.
  
  The minute Triston set his weight down on the only remaining open stool at the counter, something shattered right beside him and when he turned his head to the noise, a closed fist collided with the side of his face. The force wasn't enough to knock him to his feet, but he knew it would leave a mark.
  
  "Dammit," he grunted. It was not like he could back out now. He deserved some damn release every now and then. Balling his massive hands and veins popping in his trunk-like arms, Triston stood up.
