Desiderium is both an FC and a LS, you do not have to be in the FC to work, or be a part of the enclave. However, you must have a LS slot free if your application is accepted.
As an enclave and community first and foremost. You do not have to have experience, or even a want to work the establishment side to be a part of us. What you do in Desi, is determined by your characters passions and interests. Thus the path you chose to walk, is entirely up to you.
