    Power Types
Each power must be categorized as one (1) of three (3) types. Offensive, Defensive, and Adaptive. Offensive types may be able to use a few skills that simulate a defensive skill, such as setting fire to the floor or making blades come out of the chest to keep opponents back. These are defending attacks. Defensive skills can do the same for attacking, such as making a stone wall slide forward or charge through with a force field. Adaptive types can simulate either one of these types, but not a combination.

    Offensive Power Type
These powers tend to be focused more on attacking or destroying, meaning that these powers will be practically designed for such. Examples include being able to fire beams of radiation or slice through things with claws.

    Defensive Power Type
These powers focus on protecting and buffing, which means that you'll see powers that can reflect and sponge damage more. Some examples include steel armor and force fields.

    Adaptive Power Type
Powers like these are basically not solely offense or defense, some may be supportive or others just being neutral. Examples include telepathy and toxic skin.
