So I keep waking up from about 2-2:45AM...

And I don't know why.

And this time, I couldn't get back to sleep...

And I've decided to get dressed for school at 4:20AM...

But I stopped at the leggings, so as I'm typing this, I'm laying on my bed without a shirt on and I don't know why????

Please halp!!

What am I doing????
I don't know what to say when I started reading this I thought you were talking about Sleep Pattern problems/Jet Lag like I have lately then I realized you got dressed at 4:20am. Best I can think of is you weren't fully awake got half-dressed then fell back to sleep or just forgot about it. As for helping I'm not sure what to say if this was just a sleep patterns issue(I have a big issue and have had it since I was little) I'd be able to help more probably.

PS: the Issue I have in question is I tend to randomly at times just stay up all night or at least until around 4-6am in the morning then fall asleep and wake up around 2-4pm in the afternoon(Eastern Time)

Kidding. But honestly, maybe it's the light from your phone or laptop at night that's messing your sleep up. There is something called a blue light filter, or red light filter...whatever it's called, it takes the blue light out and that makes you sleepier. It actually helps me. I use one called Twilight. You might check it out.

Also once your brain gets used to something it tends to repeat it. So maybe after that first time it happened, your brain thought, "oh I'm supposed to be awake at this hour now," and started doing that. Our bodies are on cyclical clocks. It's what we get hungry around the same time we usually eat every day. Our body releases insulin around that time. Because it figures we're going to eat again at that time probably. Our bodies can tell time. Hope that helps. Once you start a good pattern it'll be easier for it to continue, but it's hard to start it. *hugs*

Also maybe meds...if taken too late at night, can cause insomnia depending. Also watch caffeine after 3 pm. Hope you feel better Tardis! <3

I’m actually the same way but then again my lazy butt don’t want to do anything. If I wake up I watch my shows, listen to music, or watch YouTube. I’m honestly a weird person but of well
