  • The politics of any city are intricate, and perhaps none more so than Warwick. In this city, the streets are ruled by a few powerful families. These families organise everything, and can get away with anything: drugs, murder, prostitution- and, thanks to hefty, frequent bribes to all the right people, it's almost impossible for any of them to ever be charged for the crimes.
    And, of course, there's the side businesses: the charity work. People come seeking help. Politicians who need help to win elections, families looking for vengeance, teenagers wanting some obscure drug- these families have it covered... for a price.
    Oh. And one more thing... once you're involved, there's no way out.
