What are some brands that you feel always come through for you? Is there one that just screams "perfect tea" whenever you look at it, because the memory of that tea is so intense you can never get rid of it?! Is there one that's known for great tea but that uses pesticide on some of their tea and you can never buy it again?
Rant, recommend, rave here!

Or, of course... don't. If you want.

I personally love some of Twinings' English Breakfast tea, but they occasionally have weaker batches. Also, I've heard they use... A lot of pesticides, which is unfortunate. Ah, I like Constant Comment, as well, but I haven't read about their approach to tea and whether they use pesticides or unfair labor or what. Guess I should do that. I'll update after I do. Errr, as for other tea... I like Irish blends! They're nice and bold usually. There are a few different Irish brands I like, but I'm going with the secrets approach from up there for the moment. 😂
I don't remember all of them!
There isnt really a tea brand i love but turkish tea really has that depth that flavour if you brew it right i love to drink it always
I've heard of that! It's usually made loose leaf, isn't it? I read a very interesting cookbook once which included a section on Turkish teas. I can almost smell it now! I don't know if I've ever actually had any, though. ^^"
Ah yes sorry I didn’t saw that message due to i took a break from rpp but yeah its mainly made of loose tea leaves we have a top and bottom section we do on the cook thing (forgot the name of it in english) but the top one is little and in there the loose leaves are there and the under one is just warm water you can choose how strong you want your tea to be by
Mixing and stuff turkish tea is really good in my opinion and even better with some fresh lokum next to it lokum also means turkish delights in english but lokum is the turkish word

There's no direct English word for a caydanlik, we often just call them "stacked teapots" or "Turkish teapots".

I have a friend who visited some Turkish tea gardens experimenting with new techniques. She brought back some interesting samples.
That's amazing! You describe it delightfully. Turkish words sure are pretty.
I've met someone who drinks Turkish tea on the regular, and he won't drink any other tea if he can help it. 😂
oh thank you aj_89! i was confused as to what the english word was for it. but does anyone know any good tea brands? or any tasty tea recipes? recently i tried to make pot pourri because i saw some videos about it on tiktok. i know boiling some cinnamon and fruit in a tea pot isnt considered as ''real tea'' but i found the tea tasty regardless
oooo wait now i remember i have a oc i just made like a month ago and they fight with their tea ware instead of with a sword or bow or etc i could go more in depth about it if anyones interested in that topic
That sounds very cool!
As for tea brands, I like Celestial Seasoning so and StashTea, but there are smaller brands too that make nice teas. Adagio has very pretty flavors.
