I am making a list to give to Kim of suggestions the group has to improve the chat. I am pretty sure there is no character limit
Ahh, I hear it now. That could get a little irritating also, try and find another sound if you can...something loud enough to get your attention, but quick enough that it wont drill into your brain.
*notes that down* .. yeah.. so you want to be able to choose whether you hear the notification or not. And the option for... changing the sound.. and enter key to post.
That's part of the reason that the AOL bling is so effective. It's quick and loud, but not so loud that it hurts the ear.
I have it off on AOL.. it bugs me.. LOL
Well, either an option to change the sound, or make one sound that isn't so irritating as that one.
So... do you think it has potential? As a chat?
Very much so. I can't wait to see it get off the ground!
Oh, lets test this real quick.
Oh, lets test this real quick.
rolled 5d20 and got 31
Its good that I can click on your name now in the chat.. and go straight to your character profile I think..
Hmm, okay. That's a horrible roll for 5d20, but whatever.
I have no idea what this means
Nothing...just means the dice hate me...lol. I could have gotten anything between 5 and 100, and I rolled a 31...
Yep.. so I tested it and I can just click on your user name that your posting at and go straight to your character profile but still keep this window open
I can see it says three people in the chat.. but I would like to see names
Oh! Glad I just fullsized the screen! you should make the type-space proportionate with the screen size. ((I.E. if you maximize the screen, the chat space is maximized as well))
Also, find a way to utilize the space more. It seems like a lot of space is being taken up for little effect. It just seems like I should be able to fit a lot more on the screen than what I'm able to fit.
Have you tried minimizing your zoom.. Im playing around with that...
That kinda works, but it also decreases the size of the chat window itself, which further reduces the effectiveness of the chat window.
