Below you will find a list of rules. I (Setare/ Brixie) expect everyone to uphold and maintain the general rules. I also vow and promise I will maintain the rules for myself to make your RPing experience in my race more fun. Lastly, I expect you to follow the rules of your race (Spectrum Quasar, Spectrum, and Parallax).
If you ever forget a rule, do not stress over it!! Just please come back and look to find the rule. If you have any questions please also never hesitate to contact me (Setare/ Brixie) for help and clarification.
1. Follow Furcadia ToS and the dream of which you're currently in (TGT, etc) Rules. Considering this race is played in a few dreams within Furcadia, this race is expected to follow their rules above the rules placed here, hence why it's the first rule. It is not my responsibility for you to know and understand the ToS and the dream's rules. I would suggest you read through them on their website's.
2. Try to avoid drama within the race (OOCLY!!! IC drama is fine!!). Let's face it, drama (OOC) happens and I won't hold that against you. However, please try to avoid drama whenever possible within the race (OOC). It's perfectly fine to have IC inter-racial drama!!! In fact, that's encouraged!
3. Be responsible for your IC actions and use common sense. If your toon comes up and slaps Sally, expect Sally to get mad and be like wtf? Likewise, Sally shouldn't get mad OOCly for the action. Sally may ask the other a question about it (wtf why'd Billy do that?) That is not considered 'dragging it OOC', that's just questioning the action. Also, use common sense with this one and don't be one of those people we should remove safety labels for! lol. 
4. No OP Spectrum’s nor Parallax’s. Seriously, no, you can't be a god. Yes, your abilities are based off of your star, no that does not mean you have infinite power. Yes we all have our own weaknesses. Yes, we are stars. No, we do not control -every- aspect of space.
5. ALL characters must be approved by the Alpha Quasar (Setare/ Brixie) before you can play your character as a Spectrum. This rule is subject to change slightly to two of the Quasar's. But for now, only I can accept toons into my race. 
This is simply because I want to make sure each one of you gets what this race is about and so I can help you through the character creation or alteration process.
6. Please be sure to put ALL information for your toon into your profile before submitting it to join the group. If your toon can manipulate fire, be sure to put that in there (some nicely linked abilities would be good too btw). Do not just make a toon, we accept, and then we get to a fight or something and you're like "oh yea he has control over fire!" This leaves us going "uh... but it's not on your page. Basically, it's not on your page? You don't have that ability. However, this does not mean after being accepted you can't alter your toon. It's your toon, do with it what you want!!! However, if you have been accepted already, please speak to a Quasar about the alterations and please hold off on rping those particular alterations until it is approved.
7. Be active in Furcadia (at least do one RP a month with your toon! ). We ask this so that we have family that we can RP with.
8. Non-Spectrum’s will generally not know the Spectrum’s race as they are typically very quiet about it. This rule is here for anyone not in the race and for everyone of this race to add to their own profile. The Spectrum's are a very secretive race and only a hand-full of humans have been granted the privilege to know about them. Yes, we have certain aspects that make it easier to spot, though we try to cover it with Glamour, but we do not verbally tell another race about our race. In order for one to tell another, it has to be cleared with a Quasar.
9. … Uh… I dunno what to put here… Um… oh, yea!!! HAVE FUN!!!! 
1. I will NEVER kick you from the group without a damned good reason and without giving at least one warning and trying to talk it out. To do otherwise is simply not right and it doesn't give you a chance. Most of the time these issues stem from communication issues and I would like resolve any communications issues I possibly can.
2. I will only ever hold you responsible for the rules posted here and the information posted on this group. I will never just expect you to know something unless I have said it to you. What you see is what I expect you to know (or at least be able to refer to).
3. I will do my very best to provide my race with a wonderful RP plot. I view being the founder of a race much akin to being a DM. As such, I will search for the best place for my race to play and be sure to come up with great racial RP ideas once in a while.
4. I will stay in contact with all members of my race. You will never be ignored unless you are kicked for a good reason! We are a family here! Likewise, I'm always open to talk to so never feel like you can't talk to me! I'm generally a really sweet and nice person!
5. I will NEVER take out something I’m feeling towards you OOCly on your toon ICly and vice versa/ combo. We all have emotions, and I will not sit here and falsely say I will not have emotions and never get angry or upset. However, I will do my best to make sure that does not interfere with the RP nor the race.
6. I MAY make changes to the race. However, I promise I will NOT make changes without also discussing it with the fellow Quasar’s and sending the entire group a message (on RPR and/ or Furc) letting you guys know. This goes along with rule two. Because I expect you to know what's on here it's your job to check in once you find out there's something new or a change. But I likewise will not hold you responsible for something I haven't applied to the page yet.
7. I will ALWAYS be open to your suggestions (not a guarantee it will happen but i will do my best). Likewise, I may take your suggestion and alter it some also. But if it's feasible or I have the ability and you have a good suggestion, I will see to it that I try to work on it.
1. You must create a new character or alter a current character to fit the race. No ifs ands or buts. If you have any questions about this one, please ask Setare/ Brixie, but it's pretty point blank.
2. After you have completed the character or changes, please ask to join this group on your Spectrum/ Parallax character. (Please do not ask to join with an alt!) This is mainly so that we can further keep up with members of the race by simply looking at the members of the group.
4. After you ask to join on your character, I or one of the Quasars will respond to your request. Usually by accepting you or by messaging you on RPR or Furc to clear up any issues we may have.
5. If we do not think you are ready, we will leave your request in limbo and discuss the issues we found and assist you in fixing them until you are accepted. This kind of goes along with number four, but I wanted to make sure it was out there in case anyone had any questions about it.
1. All rules (general, how to submit a toon, and Spectrum) still apply to you as well! As a Quasar, you need to set the standard. The five Quasar set the standard, we need to uphold each and every rule in all that we do. We are neither above nor below the rules as Quasar, we just treasure the rules a little more.
2. Do not abuse your power/ authority (ICly or OOCly). This doesn't mean that your toon can't, say, think they are better than other Spectrum because they are Quasar. However, each Quasar should never seek to abuse their powers ICly or OOCly. This also goes along with the Submission ability of the Quasar. This ability could easily be used as a form of abuse of power and should rarely be used.
3. Be twice as active as regular Spectrum members (basically be on twice a month, not that bad). I know, life gets in the way. I know this computer your reading this from is not your life. However, I expect all of my Quasar's be to on at least twice a month! That isn't that bad and I think each of us can manage this!
4. Keep up with the member page/ forum. As a Quasar, you are also my moderator for the page, rps, and forum. Upon being accepted as a Quasar, you will have control over the RPR page and the Forum. I expect nothing to be changed without my permission (I will have backups of my pages on my computer) and I expect the forum to be moderated in my absence.
5. Stay in contact with the Alpha (Setare/ Brixie) often and come to her with any issues or questions. Most of my Quasar's will have an alternate way to contact me (phone, skype, whatever). I expect all of my Quasar's to stay in touch with me often. We are a family icly after all! If something comes up, shoot me a text or a skype message. Even if I'm at work I will see it and respond when i get the chance.
1. Uphold and maintain the previously mentioned rules (general and how to). Duh, lol.
2. Spectrum are to keep their race a secret as much as possible. Spectrum are a very secretive race, as such they do not open up and tell their race. However, because life happens or someone may figure it out with some of the things that makes them "different" it is to be reported to the Quasar, or a higher ranking Quasar, as soon as possible. Likewise, you could get permission before hand for such things.
3. Spectrum are not allowed to get in the way of the planet’s natural order with very few exceptions. For instance, we couldn't stop 9/11 because it was an issue among this planet's people, not us. However, some exceptions would be if a Spectrum has fell in love or is very close to someone. At that point they become someone that the Spectrum can't be without and they may be able to fight to protect that person and that person alone (ex. your hubby was on that plane, you could only save him, not the entire plane). This seems a little cold, but we want the planet's people to advance at their own rate.
4. Spectrum are not to engage (pick a serious fight with, etc.) a being that is not a Spectrum/ Parallax unless under dire circumstances. Please do not engage in a seriously physical fight ICly with another race unless they are actively threatening your toon's life or a life of someone precious to your toon. However, small fun fights that have no intention of ending with anything serious are all well and good as long as the toon does their best to conceal their race during it.
5. Spectrum are to, at all times, consider the life and longevity of the planet and sentient beings they protect. This is what we are here for. Without this we may as well not even be on this planet. We must protect this planet at all costs!
6. Spectrum (with very few exceptions) are meant to be a mainly peaceful race, always upholding law and order. This doesn't mean you can't make a brawly ass hole toon who is very aggressive, just talk it over with Setare/ Brixie first. But as a whole, the race is relatively peaceful unless you threaten the life of the planet or side with chaos and darkness.
1. Parallax are to cause Chaos and bring darkness where ever they go so as to help quickly cause the destruction of worlds and then stars. This is, after all, what the Parallax seek to ultimately do. There for, it should be considered in every step that they take.
2. If there is one thing the Parallax and Spectrum agree on, it’s keeping their race a secret as much as possible. It just gets to be... A little hairy and hard to work when people know about the race and what the Parallax seeks to cause.
3. Parallax are not allowed to openly engage (seriously start a fight with) people outside of the race, however, if your chaos tells them to do it then it’s whatever. Just as long as a Parallax does not -directly- cause a fight with someone outside of the race, it doesn't really matter. You can have a minion possess another person, or allow chaos manipulate them into fighting someone.
4. Parallax are not to get in the way nor advance the world’s natural order directly. Once again, a Parallax can not just go around directly slaughtering a bunch of people (maybe one or two is fine) but it's more in good taste to allow chaos to control people and let them slaughter each other.
5. Parallax are to avoid emotions outside of Chaos, darkness and fear as much as possible. Emotions are fickle human things that may lead a Parallax astray very rarely. The only emotion that a Parallax needs is chaos and selfishness.
