Long ago space was nothing but an eternal existence of darkness and dark matter. Suddenly, there was the one, a bright piercing light that shattered a small amount of darkness in space. Then another, and another, and another. Suddenly there were gas orbs of light and beauty as well as destruction floating within space. Planets formed around these beings of light to take in their beauty. Species formed on these planets, but as they did, other beings from outside that planets universe would attack in a spectacle of war and blood. This was when the species of Parallax was born, ultimately seeking the goal to turn space into the dark abyss it once was.
The stars had enough of watching this senseless bloodshed of lesser species that didn’t even have a chance. There for, stars began to form reflections of themselves on planets with sentient life so as to protect them until they have the ability to stand a chance against outside forces. A star can only have one reflection of themselves at a time. A Spectrum can be killed, while they are immortal, all immortals have a way of dying.
Since human life first formed on Earth there have always been Spectrum’s on Earth, protecting it and forever watching over them. Spectrum’s did not achieve declination to Earth until after the destruction of the dinosaurs that they ultimately believe was caused by their enemy, the Parallax. However, Earth somehow survived, although many creatures did not. The first Spectrum to achieve declination after the dinosaurs made a vow to never let that happen again. This Alpha Quasar Spectrum, had an ability of visions, although blind. Her name was Hyuna.
Hyuna, the most ancient Spectrum on Earth battled Parallax during an eclipse where she ultimately lost her life. Before this, she knew she would die, but take that Parallax down with her. She told her fellow Quasar about this vision. Some followed her into battle and perished, others stayed behind to guide their race. Hyuna stated that a child was to achieve declination to Earth in the next two to four years, on the same day Hyuna perished, and will become the next Alpha of the Quasar.
Needless to say, Hyuna’s vision came true and she perished in a great blinding light at the end of the Eclipse while taking out a mighty Parallax. However, Chaos and Peace, Darkness and Light, are always to battle, always to fight one another for the Light cannot exist without the Dark and the Dark cannot exist without the Light. There for, 3 years after her passing, the next Alpha child achieved declination seeming to become known as Setare. however, she is nothing like the Quasar’s left behind and their fellow race thought she’d be like. Likewise, it is safe to assume another great Parallax achieved declination to Earth that day as well.
Present Day History Leading to Brixie
Setare lived a few hundred years (approximately) before she meet her untimely demise at the hand of another Parallax.
Darkness had overtaken that small green and blue planet known as Earth as a Parallax grew so massive that it covered the world in darkness. Many humans were engulfed in chaos. They took to the streets lashing out at one another, killing each other no matter their age, race, family, income, etc.. It didn't matter as Chaos had its hold. Setare? She was also engulfed in this darkness, held by it, bound by it, tortured by it. Many times the beautiful shimmer of her star almost vanishished and collapsed to become a Parallax as well. But she fought with all she had in a tale that only a hand full of Spectrum saw as she sought to at least, at the very least, protect those few of her people that were left.
Somehow, she managed to find the light within herself and achieved a third transformation that exploded with a bright blinding and healing warm light that engulfed the entire world, brought back the dead that the Parallax had killed, and wiped the human's memories of the events to continue to keep their race secret. This incredible beautiful fierce light was the only thing left that the human's remembered and became known as an odd phenomena. But that light would be too much for any one body to use and still stay intact. Setare burned up in that light, giving her life to protect those few Spectrum that remained and bring back peace to the humans she had come to love so much...
That was it... Their Alpha was gone.... And the Spectrum wept and mourned her.
But with every great end, is a new beginning!!!....
Thus a few years later, in 2014, the next Alpha Quasar fell near an anime convention and became known as Brixie. Much like her predecessor, Brixie was not the kind of Quasar her people had been expecting. She was not regal and beautiful as Setare had once been. No, their new alpha was clumsy, weak, and barely mentally capable of speaking to human men! Too attached to the cold machines of her time, many Spectrum and a few Quasar's question the ability of their new Alpha. Brixie also questions herself as the Alpha, knowing her place but not knowing how to live up to the previous two Alphas....
So the present day journey begins...
