Before we start the roleplay, I wanted to figure out a few things with the villain characters. I figure villain groups are still a thing, and was wondering if anyone wanted to form a villain group or association. This can include a few NPC background characters, and not every villain would have to participate. Some villains prefer to work solo, and that's cool too! I would love to work out villain group names and specifics if anyone is interested, but if you all would rather work alone we can work that out too.
As you've probably noticed, pretty much all of the current RP forums are at UA High. I intend to add a few areas around the city for villain characters, or some kind of headquarters. If you have any ideas or requests, feel free to suggest them!

Alright! I'll create a base for Cobras, and add a few more generic locations for villain roleplay. You guys can work out the leader, organization goals, and all that fun stuff!
I don't mind either way for voting or standing up for the leader role- it's up to you guys
