"Greetings, everyone, I'm Mx Makros... my pronouns are he/him or they/them, I'm the supplemental English language teacher here at UA High, and I'll be seeing all of you three days a week for the rest of the semester. If you have any questions you may ask them now or raise your hand during the class, and any further questions can be directed to me after class during consultation hours. My quirk involves water, so you may see me outside sometimes causing trouble on sunny days. What's that? Yes, I do demonstrations occasionally for children. No you may not have one at this moment. I'm not letting you get out of homework with the excuse that your teacher got it wet, thank you... Now, where were we? Ah, yes... Any questions?"
The teacher smirked a little as he talked, pushing up his glasses and marking down a few notes on the chalkboard with his stick and the chalk at the end of it. He leaned on hand on the back of his chair and looked out at the class somewhat inscrutably. From his desk he seemed very calm, but he was actually a little nervous. Never mind that, a little English never killed anybody.
Actually that wasn't true. Hm.
A little nervousness and sweating never killed him before and it probably wouldn't do so now, so he should be fine.
Right?
