As you may have noticed the University has been expanded and a Hotel for only the rich and wealthy has been added.
Permeant Residency in these places is for the player to make within the Residential area of the group.
An example for dorms: you would go into the Residential area when you make your post you would put into the topic title "LDU Dorm- *Insert your character's name here*
For the Hotel its a bit more restrictive as only characters who are wealthy have access to the hotel unless they have special permission. Though the process is still similar if you are seeking a permeant residency within the Hotel. Example: Lotus Hotel Room- *Insert your Character's name*
