We've already had a WordCounter website mentioned, but I'd also like to shout out the Word Counter Firefox extension, for people writing in their browser.
For people (it's me. I'm people) suffering from paralyzing fear of the blank page, I've found it really helpful to use the Most Dangerous Writing App. Set a timer and write non-stop, or have it all be deleted. Once the timer is up, you have a mess! But you have something!
Aaaaaand for people wanting to disentangle themselves from Google and Microsoft and who may have somehow missed these, I recommend Ellipsus and Obsidian as alternatives to keep your writing. Ellipsus I've heard good things about, but never tried myself; Obsidian I've used for years and adore (especially their canvas feature for mindmapping!).

I endorse ellipsus! Definitely give it a try!
I'm not sure what you were thinking of for resources, but I have some plotting structures, authors and blogs that've helped me so here's some of them.
Plotting structures:
Save the Cat
7 point structure
5 Point structure
Character info.
Minimal Character Sheet I like this because what used to stop me from overwriting was feeling like I needed to plan and know EVERYTHING before I started. Now I barely know the country they live in, and I learn about my characters as I go!
Proactivity, Relatability, and Capability This is a lecture from Brandon Sanderson, he posts his lectures for his classes online, I listen to him on Spotify. This is about making solid protagonists and antagonists (IIRC talks about if the antagonist is a personal force too)
Video on subtext If your dialogue is too "on the nose" A friend shared this in our server. Can't imagine what use I would have for it, Four snips, turning away from the video. lol.
As useful as advice I found some of this - writing is a creative art, and what works for one may not work for another
And some fun quotes I've heard over the years.
"You can always edit a bad page but you can't edit a blank page."
"I only write when I'm inspired, and I make sure I'm inspired every day at 9am."
"If I waited for perfection I'd have never written a word."
"Write without fear, edit without mercy."

Dunno if it could be of help but I found an archive of the old NaNoWriMo pep talks. I used to enjoy reading them so, if anyone wants, I'll leave here the link of the collection. They're sorted by year

My friend made this for their writing server specifically that's what the image is but y'all are welcome to use too ofc
Imgur link
Thank you so much, what a cute resource! I've added it to the resource page. If your friend wants to be credited for the image please just let me know what username / social media to link to
They are very happy to know the other people like it. And they said no they don't need anything linked they appreciate being shared but have no socials to link. 💜
I might use that one too!
The personal thread can be edited at any time so a possibility for everyone who wants to use this 'officially' as a daily follow-up.
Even if this is like a supplementary little pressure item.
Up to anyone to use it.
Thanks Four, and it's a cute lay-out above all.
