    Samuel Charles Wilhelm
    Lauren's German-born father and head of the Wilhelm household. He's a bank manager in Petalburg City who regularly commutes from Oldale. Like many in his family, he's a proficient psychic of the empathic sort. He keeps and cares for a small team of Pokémon for the sake of keeping up appearances, but he isn't much of a battler. To say he cares about them or his family in the emotional sense would be laughable--despite his psychic abilities, Samuel is entirely incapable of feeling or generating his own emotions.

    Katrina Marie Wilhelm (nee Sinclair)
    Lauren's doting Kalosian/Italian stay-at-home mother. Frequently bakes, compares poffin recipes with her brother, and tends to the gardens in front and back of the Wilhelm residence. She owns a shiny Roserade that was a gift from one of Samuel's business associates. She's a potent clairvoyant but quite the social butterfly, having just enough of a grasp on her ability to not let it become a hindrance during gatherings.

    Phillipe André Wilhelm
    Lauren's younger brother by ten years. He owns a Beldum but isn't very interested in training Pokémon as a whole. Instead he has proven to be a very studious learner and aspires to be an architect. His own hypnotic abilities are weak, but he shows decent command over them regardless and often gets help from his family and Pokémon to make them better.

    Raphaël Angelo Sinclair-Drakeson
    Lauren's uncle and her mother's older twin. He lives and works in Canalave City at the library under the watchful eye of his adoptive mother. Unlike the rest of the Sinclairs, he is entirely lacking in psychic abilities, which earned him the displeasure of his biological family. He drives his own path through life though, being a former coordinator with many wins under his belt and an occasional tinkerer with technology when the whim strikes.
