Jace Foster

The mothers. Jace is the biological child of Stefanie Adams Foster, and adopted child of Lena Adams Foster. At the age of 10, Stef divorced her ex-husband Mike, and found the love of her life, the wife of her dreams - Lena. They're loving and caring parents, and they have always room for an extra person in their house. They both adopted a pair of lost siblings, the Drucé siblings – Deciha and Daniel Drucé, and a troubled teenage girl, Kulani, from a young age.
Later on they have had both Valerie Martinez in foster care, as well as Lydia Warren for a very shot time.

The Crazy One
In high school Jace had his first real girlfriend. The cutest, innocent human being - or so he thought. For a little more than a year, he dated Sharpay Moretti, best known as the blondest of all blondes. She was cute, she was charming, and she wouldn't hurt a fly - until Jace started socializing with human beings who wasn't the male gender. She was extremely jealous, and turned from a small, cute, innocent cinnamon bun, to a - still small - but angressive creature of evil. The number of times she called girls names, just for looking at Jace are impossible to count, but she never went physical. For a long time he put up with it, apologized on her behalf, to the girls she tried to hurt, cleaned up after her mess, but as time went by, it all was too much. Giving Sharpay one last chance, he finds her beating some innocent boy up at school. She was a whole other person than the cute cinnamon bun he fell in love with. She was unrecognizable. This was also the day he found out her secret. Something that shouldn't have been a secret. She was transgender.
The fact that she was transgender was not what made Jace break things off with her, but that she was hiding it for so long, that she made up excuses, and played this innocent little girl when he was around, but beat up guys when he wasn't - that was what made Jace break up, which probably would be for the best anyway. Except now, she's stalking him and still thinking they are a couple. Be careful, she might turn up out of nowhere, threatening you, while Jace looks away.



The Friend
Have you ever heard the term "friend zoned" and the expression "Just a Nice Guy"? That is Jace in a Nutshell. For a number of years Jace has had this enormous crush on Casey Kamalei, the sweetest, down-on-earth girl he had ever met. From day one he fell for her kind, warm smile, and her charm of innocence. She seemed so pure, like no one he has ever met before. She was real. An open, genuinely good person. And then there's the big fat "but". Jace's feelings were never returned. For so long he tried to escape the friend zone, for so long he tried to drop hints here and there, do big romantic gestures, be there for her at the darkest times, but nothing. He was Just a Nice Guy. As time went by, he learned to accept the fact that he would never be the guy for Casey Kamalei, but how he wished for it so badly.




The Cheating Ex
Jace has been around the world, touring as a choreographer, a backup dancer, anything dance-related, really. One of the tours, is where he met the girl of his dreams - that's what he thought, at least. She was a singer, he was a dancer, together they ruled the world with collaborations, fans going wild over their perfect relationship, and they still do. Well, some still think they're "OTP" but they're not. Once they settled down in San Diego, Jace was offered a huge opportunity in New York he could not risk missing. That meant for them, he had to stay there for at least three months. For a "perfect" couple, that wouldn't seem like a problem. They thought they could handle the long distance, but no. On their 3 year anniversary Jace decided to go back to surprise his beloved girlfriend when he went through the most cliché story of all. He could not believe it, but the love of his life in bed with someone else. In their apartment. Jace is a very forgiving people, but dishonesty and broken trust will always be a dealbreaker for him. He knew he had it coming - they were drifting apart, but it still hurt like hell. This was where his interest in directing really kicked in.
