Greg Dorian, sobriety, classlessness, bad dancing or singing, being called "Frank" or "Francis", smooth jazz, sweets, teleportation vibes.

Personality:
A gentleman, until you get him angry or sauced. Neither's hard to do; He's got a short fuse and drinks his meals through a shot glass. Frankie's got an ego and maybe some anger issues, but he tries to keep his temper, and will try to be civil to folks.

He seems a bit worn around the edges these days, always smiling, glittering, dancing but very distant.

History:
Pre-War of '99, you might have seen this cheerful Square gentleman around town, putting on a fabulous show with his leading lady and dance crew. They had quite the reputation as top tier mercenaries.
No one really knows what Frankie got up to in the war, but after, his girl and crew were nowhere in sight, and he was immediately welcomed into the Mafia as a loyal lackey, despite manifesting a sudden and intense drinking problem. He somehow managed to get the job done and show his almost fanatical devotion to Don Bonita, all while earning a reputation for sleeping around, explosive blow ups, and being a degenerate drunk.

He did not want his promotion, but wasn't the kind to argue when Don Bonita made him the boss of The Grooveline. He tried to clean up his act and go dry, though the Solar Flares started the week after he was promoted. Flashbacks after that. Frankie is still drinking, and won't talk about it.
What was left of the city from the destruction, Frankie has tried to keep together and secure for Don Nina for near a decade.

Dance & Vibe:
Frankies a swinger through and through, and also loves tap, ballroom, and Latin dance.

Frankie’s vibe brings flash and lightning.
⚡His electric vibe generates, absorbs, senses, transforms, and controls the spark.
✨An adoring partner dancer, Frankie can act as a glittering battery, temporarily enhancing the skill and vibe of those steppers lucky enough to dance with him.

Frankie's vibe is tied to his emotions, and he's rarely able to hide what he's feeling. He can force his vibe, but his power is much stronger when synced. Dancing gives Frankie control, but too much build-up, intense emotions, or a lack of movement while charged can cause accidents.
For better or worse, as his vibe continued to develop over the years, Frankie's physical body has continued to adapt.

Oh, and Frankie doesn't sing or play music, not since the War. Neat!
