  The Torres Family is an upper middle class family. Not filthy rich, but they do have a nice house, garden, and a cleaning lady. The parents have well-paying jobs, and have always been hard-working people. Their daughter, and youngest child, June, has always lived up to their expectations. Good grades, well-behaved, polite and everything sweet. A daughter the parents gladly would show the world, and then there is Dean. He's a good kid, but something went wrong. He is always the one getting into trouble, even if he did not do anything. Sometimes that was the problem - he did too much, or too little, never in between. Not that it bothered him, he liked the way he lived, his friends, his hobbies, the music he played. But his parents never approve any of his choices.

  June Torres [Loving little sister]

  – Straight A student and Dean's favourite person in the world. Despite their differences, they have always had a close bond between them. It was when Dean went to college, they started not talking much, until he dropped out. He then stayed at home for a couple of months, and their bond grew stronger, until he then decided to go see world. Or at least New York. Off he went, and they started talking less and less.
