Putting it all together, Part 1 of ???

OKAY, SO...!

Here are my plans for this group as of tonight. Once I get around 4 to 5 people successfully signed up (not necessarily interviewed) we can begin discussing the general format of an "episode" of the RP.

So, it's like-

You are inside one of the OKAY Cores. You're all gathered for an emergency briefing. A digital video, sent to OKAY's secure servers. The coordinator plays it back, and it's a plea for help from a guy who's trying to overcome his alcohol addiction. He's lost his car in a drunk driving accident, and has a broken arm from a fight. Or maybe it's a farmer and all his or her animals have gone missing. Or maybe it's even some shop on the verge of collapse. Maybe even network administration? I'm kinda reaching for mundane situations as I type this. The thing is, missions are usually this mundane, but in keeping in line with most if not all of the inspirations for this RP group they get pretty extravagant. Which leads us to...how are we gonna handle those plot twists?

I am still working out the limited dice system in this group. The following is but a thought and not an actual revision: What if one poster were to roll 1d6 at the end of their post, and depending on the number, the next poster's post has to follow its outcome? Say a 6 gets rolled for one post, the next post has to follow through with a really cool scene attaining perfections. Say a 1 gets rolled- the next post must follow through with disaster. It's limited to that post only.

I am making the above "system" optional, but I encourage you to toss those out-of-nowhere dice and challenge the next poster(s).

Enough rambling from me, it's getting late and I must refresh my mind. Your thoughts are appreciated.

That sounds like it would make things more interesting, and easier to get plot twists. It would be a whole lot of fun. I'm all for it!
