Natalia glared at Tatum and hid comment, detesting the fact she was the youngest, yet most skilled agent.

Her gaze softened at the mention of the deal however. "What kind of deal?" She asked curiously.
Tatum chuckled. Deals were his specialty which explained why he ran a successful business even outside of the city. He always remained reasonable, seeing that both parties benefitted from his negotiations.

"I'll be willing to overlook you keeping the rifle for free if you could help get this shop running. If a place to stay is what you're looking for, then you're welcome to stay here for as long as you need if you help keep this shop up and running."
Natalia thought for several minutes before responding. "I get the rifle and a place to stay, and you get help with the shop? That's all you get? Nothing more?" She asked, positive there had to be something more to this.
Even Tanner looked genuinely surprised at the offer. It seemed like Tatum wouldn't benefit much, but Tatum worded it that way. They actually needed all the help that they could get.
"The only catch would be that you have got put it back for now," Tatum explained. "We're sitting ducks out here with that alarm going off and the only way to stop it is to put the gun back. When power's restored to the shop, it'll be safe for you to claim it."
Natalia thought for a couple more minutes before nodding and sticking her hand out. "Deal." She said as she picked the rifle up to put back as soon as they shook hands.
"Well that went better than expected," Tanner said to Tatum. He jammed his hands into his pockets and finally began to discuss things with Tatum. "So we're going to need to put some food in that little girl right now. It's the only way she'll be able to safely take some pain medicine."
"Katie should be working on getting the generator up and running after she's finished up in her room,' Tatum explained.
Ryan walked down and looked around before speaking. "Anyone know where I can find something to put some stitches in?"
Natalia had quietly went about putting the rifle back to shut the alarm off, now realizing just how loud and annoying it was.
Tanner nodded to Tatum before turning his attention to the newcomer. He noticed the head wound on the boy.

"I'll take a look at it," Tanner told him. "My medical supplies are in the other room."

He pointed to the direction of Tatum's room. "I'll be there in a sec."
Once Natalia put the rifle back, the alarm died immediately. The shop grew quiet once again and the sounds of activity from all the other survivors weren't drowned out by any noise anymore.

Now that the shop quieted down, the next issue became fortifying it.
Tatum got ready to ask who the kid was, but he decided to save any more introductions for later. For now, he just wanted to keep an eye on Junior FBI.

"Restoring power is our main priority," Tatum told Natalia as he approached her. He fished into his pocket and pulled out a handgun. After giving her a moment's glance, he lightly tossed the weapon into the air and caught it in a position that pointed the hilt of the weapon at the girl. "But that can be handled once I get everyone here accounted for. I can't afford to trust people, but I know you're probably experienced with a weapon. Can I count on you?"
Natalia simply smirked as she watched him. "You can count on me as much as I can count on you. But I don't need that." She said, motioning to the revolver he held.
Katie luckily found Tanner sooner than she expected. She didn't waste any time.

"Hey doc," she called as she walked over to him. "We really need your help with some injured people in my room."
Tanner nodded his head. "I'll go get my things. How bad is it?"
"Suit yourself," he said, putting the gun back in his pocket. "Don't try to take the food or guns until we restore power here. We can't risk running that alarm in the middle of the night. You've seen the crazy people running around in the city, right?"
Natalia simply nodded. "Got it." Was all she really said as she set her backpack on the counter and opened it. "I have some supplies in here if they're needed." She said as she pulled the emergency kits out that she had stuffed in there earlier.
"Well one of them has glass lodged in her forehead," she explained. "The other one looks pretty bad. Something serious might be wrong with her."
Tanner nodded his head again and even smiled when Natalia produced more emergency kits.

"We're going to need a lot of stitches and bandages if we're going to treat everybody," he explained. "Can we get some food? We're going to need it if we're going to give any of the wounded any medicine. They won't be able to take it on an empty stomach."
