So just something I threw together on a whim, but thought I'd offer it to the internet because "why not?"

14oz Shaved Steak, got mine from Kroger already done
Iceberg lettuce
Cheese of choice
"A splash" of jalf and half, cream, or even milk
Bacon (optional)
Some sort of oil.
Seasonings

1: Start with putting your oil in your pan. Just a bit will do. I used bacon grease. At this point, I also tossed in a small handful of real bacon bits, so they could crisp up and also add their grease to the rest.
2: Once that's hot and going, add in your shaved steak. I seasoned mine with garlic, season salt, and black pepper, both before and after it went into the pan.
3: You're going to want to move it around and pull it apart, so that you don't get big chewy wads that aren't cooked.
4: Prep your lettuce leaves for reception. Once the beef is cooked, just put it right in that green goodness.
5: WITHOUT cleaning or wiping out your pan, add your cheese. Shredded makes it easier, I used a hot pepper blend, once again from Kroger. Add in your splash of half and half or whatever, then keep stirring until melted.
6: Schloop that melty mayhem over the beef.
7: Clean up after yourself if you ain't already.
8: Enjoy!
