Assassins. Thieves. Kidnappers. Terrorists. A mysterious, elusive elite force that does the bidding of an unknown entity. Who do they work for? What are they? What is their purpose?
They are known as the WATCHERS.

How characters can be involved:
- Non-human characters (androids and aliens) can be kidnapped to a mysterious place called Blackout, somewhere out in the fringes of the Bermuda Pyramid Galaxy. It is there where androids are placed in a demolitions/gladiatorial-type arena for entertainment purposes, and aliens sold in the slave trade.
- Need an antagonist/villain for your protagonist/good guy? Any type of character can get tangled with the Watchers, good or bad.
- The Watchers can be the catalyst to just about anything terrible happening.
