What do you guys think of hosting like some kind of quarterly contest? I really enjoyed hosting one in my guild, but I'd love to do one more open to the whole of RPR. Maybe designate a theme and give people a month or so to work on entries. I'm just spitballin' here but I'd really love to do more to encourage more really thoughtful, well-made freebies for Epic Users, and this way would see people compensated for their work.

Sounds good! I'd like to encourage people to optimise their templates for multiple device usage too!

It's a huge boost for RPR in terms of SEO (as well as their own skillset. )
Absolutely! I'd love to see more mobile compatible templates (even if I am but a pleb who cannot code one to save my life). I'd probably have a few categories on which templates would be judged.

I think that - in theory - I could afford to front prizes for everyone who participates, depending on the response.

I just really want to see more resources out there in the community, and it'd be a boon for RPR to see more people signing up for Epicness. :)
i rly enjoyed doing that last one so i'd be in again. :)
I'm tossing something together and I'll post once I've finalized the rules and rubric. :D
For the next contest, I'd like to focus on BBCode. Is that something people would be interested in?
10/10 would sign up bring it ON
I want to focus on complete, fill in the blanks style stats, to expand the library.
I'd love to try for that one. I'm still fresh meat to coding for this site, but not yet being a paid member, I think this might be a good place to start???
I know BBCode is a lot more approachable for most people, and it'd be nice to diversify the premade stat block options. My goal with this group was to help build up community resources in one go-to place.

I'd ultimately like to alternate template and bbcode contests, I think, though I'm not sure how often I can offer them because this last one was $100+ in prizes out of pocket. I'm really glad it had a good turn-out, though, and I can use the extra items for the next contest.
I'm down for donating prizes (ala custom bbcode or rpr items, probably more of the former to help those non-epic users!) later on to lure more entries. <3
I will also offer prizes as well.
That's very kind of you to offer! :D
