The corridors are long, and have the doors to each classroom. An office is situated next to each. At the end of each corridor is a staircase.
Kate and Gracie meet up in the halls.
"So, how was your first class of middle school?" Kate asks.
Gracie glances at the floor as she responds. "Mildly terrifying."
"Woah, really? What happened??"
"I'd rather not explain right now, we gotta get to class." Gracie pulls her schedule out of her backpack. "Oh, we have music next! We should hurry, that's in the Arts building." Gracie starts running off without Kate.
"Hey! Wait up!!" Kate yelps as she goes after Gracie.

"Kate, YOU ARE THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER!! Don't you know PK Freeze?! Use that!!" Gracie screams. "I CAN'T FOCUS WHEN NOT ONLY AM I PANICKING, BUT I'M SICK!!!" Kate yells back. "You do something!!"

After the flames die down, the alarms turn off and many disgruntled students and teachers go back to class.

Gracie freezes up and drops Kate's inhaler, which she'd just found. Kate snatches it and takes a dose, starving for air. After taking it she lets the arm holding the inhaler flop to the ground.
Blaise looked over at Mrs. Stoneset, "Yes Mrs. Stoneset, but I have no idea how it happened."

"Yeah.. And I think I have a fever.." Kate says. Gracie holds her hand up to Kate's forehead. "Dang it Kate, you're burning up!! We gotta get you to the nurse."

"Of course. Let me get you a hall pass, student health and safety is important. I also don't want any more fires to interrupt the class." She gets a hall pass and gives it to Snow. "Where are you two girls coming from? I should let your teacher know what's happening."
"Music," Gracie says.
"Great. I'll call the teacher. And you two," she glances at Blaise and Snow, "Please waste no time in getting back to class."

"Maybe..?" Kate whispers. "I don't wanna miss the first day, I hope it's okay.."
