The dorm room was simple. It was kind of spacious, and had two bunk beds in it, one on each side of the room. There was a table at another side of the room, along with a minifridge and a microwave on a counter nearby. Shelves lined one wall, ready to be filled with objects and books.
Pallet stood at the entrance of the dorm and took a deep breath. “This is it. First impressions. You can do it!” She said out loud as she placed her hand on the door. Finally after a few more seconds of prep talk she opened the door. She took a step in, looking around for her fellow dorm mates. She found the room completely empty. “Huh... guess their not here y- Ah!” She yelled as she felt her foot catch on thin air. She felt the floor slip from under her as she crashed to the floor. “Perfect first impressions...” she said as she laid on the floor sulking.
From the hallway, an announcement was made that homeroom was starting soon and all students should be making their way to their 1st period classroom.
