Students of all ages were ushered into the small auditorium at the front of the school. It was sweltering, not only that but the students seemed more interested in drugs, kissing, and talking then the principal that sat at the front of the room.

"Welcome back to a grand year at Westport! " came the shrill and high voice of the overly peppy principal.

"I am positive we will have an amazing year! And that EVERYONE will behave. " she smiled a sweet saccharin smile.

"And I mean everyone " she shot a pointed look at some of the jocks sitting near the back.

"Anyway, lets all go out there, and learn some stuff ! But fiiirst, we have a wonderful video!"

Music Blasted through the speakers as a video of smiling children came on behind the principal.

A plethora of students all roamed the school. The camera stopped in front of Jacob. A jock who had by far screwed every person that was female and good looking.

"Ohh I just love Westport! So many AMAZING teachers and sexy girls.." the camera panned to another student before he could elaborate.

The video showed students being interviewed and shots of the schools cafeteria, classrooms, and pep rally's.

"Now that our famous video is done, let's head to class !" She waved her hands in the air and cheered.

"Let's! Go! Learn !"

Pushing past the kids that shoved to the doors of the auditorium, Jacob smirked at a girl he knocked over.

"Watch it, Anastasia " he said with s sharklike grin.
"Mr Petrov" The school secretary sighed, eyeing the young man sitting on the chair. The Russian exchanged student on his first day, already got into trouble, smoking on school grounds. However, he dressed more like he was going to some fashion show. A dress t-shirt rolled at the sleeves, his tattoos shown proudly, upon his wrist a simple silver watch. With a pair of black slacks, certainly didn't dress like a student. Athos cold blue eyes stared blankly at the secretary, running a hand through his jet black hair.

"Mr Petrov since you're new to Westport I am going to let you off with a warning but next time you decide to smoke on school grounds. I am going to have to send you to detention and if it keeps up. Suspension, is that clear?" The secretary warned, "Crystal" Athos snickered. Standing he headed out of the office briefly glancing around the halls, which soon erupted with students heading out of the auditorium.

Athos tried his best to avoid bumping shoulders with people as he passed, some stared at his attire snickering under their breathe. Some female students smirking at him, he brushed it off. Athos certainly wasn't looking for a girlfriend since he swung the other way. Not that anyone would even notice, he didn't come off as gay at all. Athos was lost in his own thoughts when he accidently bumped into one of the local jocks, "Watch it!" the jock barked, shoving Athos into one of the lockers. Of course his friends snickered along with him. Athos simply rolled his bue eyes, "Typical cavemen."

The jock frowned, "What did you say?" Athos simply smiled, "Nothing" walking around the group to his own locker. Athos leaned against it once again running his hand through his neatly combed black hair, "Westport" he mumbled.
Jen just sat there wearing a black jacket with a dark blue tanktop underneath with dark blue trousers. She listened to the principle bored she just wanted to get to class so she could start drawing, she was a bit older then most people here but she didn't care any place she could draw was good enough for her.

Soon as the principle had finished talking and he head let everyone gk she started walking through the corridors feeling alone and left out, everybody else had friends or brothers and sisters.
Jen lived alone so she had no luxury if friends or family, so she just kept walking heading to the art class....she had hoped coming to this school would take her out of her isolation but if anything it made her feel more isolated...surrounded by people but no one to talk to weird when you think about it.
Therese had woken up two hours before school was even scheduled to start, excited for her first day in public school. Having been homeschooled all but one year, Therese missed the social interaction that most kids got and she was excited to get out there and make new friends. For years she had begged to at least try attending a traditional school and at last she had convinced her parents to enroll her for her junior year. She was a year older than most of the students in her class, having started her schooling late, but she wouldn't let that deter her.

Sitting in the auditorium listening to the principal talk, Therese plays with the hem of her dress, the delicate flower patterned fabric thin and smooth between her fingers as she looks around, trying to get a feel for the other students. There was of course the typical stereotypes portrayed in movies: the jocks, the nerds, the popular girls, along with others that she couldn't pinpoint exactly what they were. Silently she wonders what she would be classified as, not that it really mattered of course.

Soon enough the little start of the year pep talk is over and everyone begins to file out of the auditorium and into the hallway and Therese looks around the place in wonder. Of course she had toured the school a few weeks before school had even started but it had been so long since that everything felt brand new to her.

Parting from the group to find her locker, the sound of her black flats is drowned out by the squeak of tennis shoes and the click of heels along the polished floor. She walks down the hallway looking down at the number written on the palm of her hand and glances up as she passes by the lockers every few seconds until she finally finds hers and opens it, the hinges squeaking.
After teasing Anastasia a bit, and ignoring her words he walked off with his buddies.

Being a jock, he made many "friends ", strutting down the hallways he saw a new looking student. Good looking, but dressed strangely.

When his friend shoved the kid into the locker he laughed along with the others. It was clear this kid was a loser. Nothing but a nerd who didn't belong.

"Hey you messing with us?" Jacob drawled to the boy. "Don't sass my buddy, alright? " pushing the kid back to the locker he snarled.

"You may be new here Russia, but you'll soon find out things about this school. I'm the king here, you answer to me " his friends smirked and nodded.

"And learn how to dress Russia!" He exclaimed to laughter from his fellow football players. Walking to class he made it to his art class just as the bell rang signaling class was starting.

He recognized lots of the kids there. Most of them were losers and outcasts, not worth Jacobs time.

Pulling out his phone he sent nudes and texts to his friends, blanking out when the teacher spoke.

Turning to the girl next to him, Jen, he thought was her name.

Jacob smirked at her "Hey can I borrow a pencil, girl? " in a cocky tone, raising an eyebrow he leaned in and purred "please " this was his way of getting this. Flirting and smooth talking. Smiling at her, he held out his hand.
Athos made no other comment but his cold blue flickered in amusement as Jacob poked fun at his choice of clothing, nerd? Did nerds even wear Armani? or have tattoos? Perhaps wearing expensive clothing in America was considered him being a nerd. Athos watched as Jacob walked down the hall brow raised, did have a nice ass, he'd give him that. With no second thought about his rough encounter he turned to pop open his locker, taking out a cigarette slipping it into his pocket. Not noticing the girl who just happened to approach her own locker. Only at first hearing the hinges squeak, he closed his own locker, glancing sideways at the bright red curly hair...

"Like your hair" he commented, his accent was thick and his voice deep. Despite the accent anyone could still understand him. Not being from here, he decided to at least try and make at least one friend. If they weren't put off with his tattoo's and cold stare. The man couldn't help that his stare was piercing. it was like he walked out of a Russian mobster movie and where he was from. People weren't exactly, friendly so this was hard for him already. So, l like your hair was the best he could come up with at the moment...
Sapphire hurried in the school. Thanks to her scatterbrained mother she was ten minutes late and missed all of orientation. She sighed shakily, clutching a bag over her shoulder and keeping her blank gaze forward.

Being blind made school harder, being that she didn’t have anyone to help her maneuver around and she had no clue where the heck she was going. Spanish class... Spanish class... she repeated in her head. Room 353 on the second level.

Soon enough she arrive, now 15 minutes late to the class. She was scolded for being late on the first day and silently slunk to her chair in the far back of the classroom. This was how it’s always was. No help meant that she was super late to classes that others were able to get to quickly, and the teachers didn’t give two craps about whether she was blind or not.

She pulled out a notebook and a pen to start taking notes of the rules for the year. The notebook didn’t have lines, yet her notes were neat and straight. Cleaner than the average, seeing jock.
At the sound of the voice next to her Therese looks up to find the tall, intense looking young man who spoke to her. "Oh, thank you!" she gushes and pushes one side over her shoulder. "It's all natural." He had a strange accent that she had never encountered before along with the bluest eyes she'd ever seen. "You're tattoos are so cool." she compliments as she looks at them. "I'm Therese by the way." she adds and holds her hand out, expecting him to shake it.

As she waits for him to shake her hand she glances down at the clock on her phone. You're late! With an apologetic glance she looks up at the boy, her smile small. "Sorry, but I've go to go. Late" she says before grabbing the things and heading off to her first and most dreaded class. Math.
Jen eventually got to the art class and sat down in a random seat, she then went hard at work trying to draw the best picture possible, the weird thing was Jen despite being a good student didn't listen to the teacher instead she just drew what she wanted doing her own art....she didn't want to be limited by some teacher.

Jen was so concentrated on drawing a picture of a wolf pack sniffing around a forest that she barely even noticed when a jock looking person tried to hard to flirt with her, she hated his cocky attitude and she simply leaned in and whispered to him," news flash pal, it's not going to work...why? Because let's just say your not my type, and you never will be so back off!" She sounded very defensive and almost threatening.
Jen didn't say it but the reason she wasn't ever going to date him besides the fact she hated those kind of people was simplt she was a lesbian but she wasn't going to say it out of fear of being ridiculed.

Jen then ignored the guy sitting next to her and started drawing again not giving him the pencil just completely ignoring him.
Frowning at the girls reaction, he turned to his other neighbor who boredly handed him a pencil. The class was dull, but Jacon had to finish his fine arts credits. He also has taken drama, perfect for him as he was loudspoken and quite funny.

Sighing he boredly scetched a scene of himself playing football. When he finished he smirked and turned to Jen.

"Look at that sexy boy" he winked at her and laughed. As sOon as the bell rang he stood and walked out.

Running smack dab into a girl.

"Hey watch it " he snarled, seeing it was Sapphire the blind girl, a cruel grin Came to his face.

"Oh right.. I'm sorry you can't " he laughed a cocky deep sound. "Little advice Sapph, stay out of my way " shoving her back he strutted away to his new class.

His new class science, had the Russian boy. When Jacob was told to sit by the freak, he scowled and sighed.

"Names Jacob. I don't really care about your name. I'll call you whatever I want " he grinned and cocked his head.

"So why you here Russia ? " the entering of another girl, that he thought was Theresa made him grin.

"Hey Sexy " he purred waving at her. "Wanna come to my house tonight and fuck? I'll even pay you " he said with a wink.
As the bell ring to leave class Jen got up to get lunch, as she only took art as a class and nothing else...well that and computer design as she liked doing computerized art as well.

As Jen was leaving she would see the rude jock Jacob bump into Sapphire and once the jock was gone Jen would walk over to Sapphire and said kindly," you ok, that guy is a jerk." She then noticed the girl was blind and she said," wait your blind? Don't you have any guide dog or a person to guide you?" Jen seemed genuinely concerned for Sapphire.
Sapphire grunts at the shove and sighed shakily. No tears would be shed for some dumb jock with his fly down. Yes, she could see that. She clutched her bag tighter and swiftly walked through people to her next class, which was....

She stopped and felt her class schedule. She moved to stand next to the lockers so that nobody would bump into her as she felt around the schedule. Art... room 256... She looked around a bit, a very confused look on her face as she drew out a mental map in her head.

When the girl spoke to her she gave a soft smile and shook her head “I’m fine.. I don’t pay attention to those jerks anyways, and I do a decent job of finding where I’m going... but... do you know where the art classroom is?”
As she walks in and searches for a spot to sit, Therese blushes red at the words that the strange guy said to her. No one had ever asked her something like that, especially without hesitation. She is about to begin speaking to reject him before she locks her eyes with his and is suddenly unable to speak. He was definitely a jock and undeniably hot.

Without answering she tears her eyes away from him and hurries to an empty seat, begging the red flush on her face to go away. Quickly she lays out what she thought she'd need for the class in front of her, taking deep breaths to calm herself.
Jen smiles glad that Sapphire was resilient to those kind of people, she then said," I just came from the art class, I can take you there... I have nothing better to do, I have finished my classes for the day."
Jen then helped lead Saphira to the art room and asked Sapphire," do you mind if I sit with you? I have nothing better to do today so i might as well continue my drawing." Jen was genuinely interested in this girl thinking Sapphire just needed a friend.
Sapphire smiled “S-Sure, if you’d like.” She pushed some stray hairs behind her ears, her outfit of the day being baby blue high-waisted shorts and a dark purple hoodie. She walked into class and sat in the farthest back corner from everybody else, pulling a stool up next to her for Jen.
“Y-you’re Jen, right?” She asked sheepishly and glanced at the girl next to her as she tied the paint stained apron out of her backpack and tied it around herself.
Jen smiled and sat down glad this girl let her do so, she then got out her pencils and continued on the drawing of a pack wolves hunting in a forest.
Jen then said," yes my names Jen, what is yours?"
Jen continued to draw and eventually she looked over a Sapphire and asked curiously yet in a kind way," don't take this the wrong way, but how do you paint while being blind?" Jen was curious and wondered if she could paint at all, why would she take the class if she couldn't do it?
Athos reached his own hand and the touch of his skin was cold, smooth, almost like running your hand against a flat cool marble surface, he didn't smile as much but a small smirk painted his full lips, "I can see that" he replied, "And thank you, all natural, I'm Athos" he added with a hint of sarcasim. Again, he wasn't good at making new friends. Points for trying however when the female looked down at her phone and wandered off, he sighed. Athos didnt exactly bring any books or school supplies. Athos didn't want to be in this school in the first place but here he was.

Walking into his science class he'd simply leaned back into his chair eyeing the white board infront of him, thoughts of just ending this day flooding into his mind. Until, Jacob sat beside him. Athos again just stared blankly at Jacob, he was the typical asshole who probably had some deep seeded anger in him. Some sob story on why he was the way he was, not enough love from his parents? Not that Athos had any parents, he grew up in a Russian Group home and ran with gangs. Until, he was forced to move here due to some circumstances. Athos just snickered at Jacob, crossing his tattooed arms, "You don't care to know my name. So why tell you why I'm here?" Athos then raised a brow at the thoughtless shit coming out of his mouth towards the girl he just met in the hallway, "I doubt smart women like her would even consider you. Maybe stick to dumb whores and dumb cheer leaders, you know, your own kind" Athos commented with a smirk.
Sapphire smiled “I’m sapphire, and it’s very nice to meet you.” She sat down and felt around the paint bottles before squirting the colors she needed onto a plate and beginning her painting... with her fingers.
She grinned “Well, first of all you have to have some sort of confidence in what you’re doing if you have confidence in nothing else... and I can just sort of... feel it... I can feel what it looks like.... I see the image in my head and just drag my fingers across it mentally.” She was already starting off pretty well with a navy blue, dark purple, and black background.
Jen watches Sapphire paint for a while surprised by how well she was doing considering she was blind, Jen then said with a kind tone," you know your good at painting, you should keep it up." She wasn't just saying that she actually meant it.
Jen then went back to her drawing, adding more minor details to it to finish the drawing off glancing at Sapphire every so often and eventually said casually," you know don't take this the wrong way but I expected a blind person to be a lot more depressed, but you your happy and full of life....I like that, making the best of what you got...inspirational when you think about it."
Therese hears Athos's comment to the jock guy and shoots an appreciative smile his way. Though she had been flattered and a little shocked from Jacob's question, she appreciated that Athos would stick up for her despite them having just met. He could make a good friend, she thinks to herself as she opens up her notebook and waits for the class to start.

Looking around the full room her eyes land on many interesting people, but some of them just from looks she could tell she wouldn't want to get to know. Not that she was a judgmental person or anything, it was just they didn't look like the type that she would enjoy being around. But as usual, she would be nice and polite, not wanting to hurt anyone's feelings or anything like that.
