As you may already know, Reina Lilac talked something about Character Costumes... That is what I'm gonna talk about here.
I'll give you all a form to fill up, and you can submit the forms at the forum I'll create; your character's costume will be based upon the information.
Either CeciliaAlcott22, or me, RoyalWisdom, will draw a sketch and send you a link. This event is just for fun. If you want changes, your character can contact Reina, to make changes.
