To upload images, you go to Pinterest or whatever site you get your memes from and right click it and click "Copy Image Link" then click the photo icon on the forum post bar and paste the url. It has to end in .png, .jpg or .gif or else it won't work.
If you want to upload a picture from your computer storage, then you will have to upload said picture to a place like imgbb.com or imgbox.com and then do the same thing as above with the Copy Image Link and pasting the url with the [ img ] brackets provided by the button on the forum post bar.
