        "Hello Sophia. That ad is a bit old as we haven't readied the basement for another tenant since the last one moved out. However, if you need a place to live, it can be made hospitable again with a little effort. If you want to come by at your earliest convienience and have a look at it, that is fine. I do work so it would have to be after 5pm. Let me know."
