Hi gang!

Beta is fully underway and backers are extensively testing the new site and all its current features, with more of them coming as Kim continues to work diligently. I've had the opportunity to play around with Beta groups as well, and, WOW you guys!

For a long time, the idea of renovating HFY and making use of the Epicness in our treasury seemed like a daunting task due to the limitations of group editing and styling. With 2.0, I feel tremendously inspired and all of the thoughts I've had floating in my head on how to make the group better can finally be put into practice.

Some of the things I will be doing after 2.0 launches:

• Create a custom template for the group
• Rearrange and expand on the pages with information and resources
• Create a better forum setup and experience
• Write and schedule posts on a regular basis with helpful content
• Invite guest authors to share their experiences and raise awareness on chronic health problems and disorders
• Host events that promote positive personal growth and bonding with other members

As there is no official release date for RPR 2.0 yet, and I will have to set aside time to work on these things, I can't promise any sort of official deadline at this time. Moving forward HFY will remain largely unaffected as a private dummy group will be used, so you should see no interference until we go live with HFY 2.0.
