It came out very pretty and fluffy, but the lower crust was a little too chewy for my preference.
I ended up making a slightly-modified doubled recipe of this in my lidded loaf pan. It didn't rise perfectly, but that might have been my fault. Anyway I don't remember what ingredients I did differently, but the crust was a lot softer because I just let it get golden brown.
Maybe my temperature should have been higher the last time?
