Late last evening when the rain was its heaviest a box was rumored to have been handed to a soldier. Not long after it was delivered to Ser Rexington himself who, if anyone was watching his home, would see the manx turn white at the sight. The contents of the parcel are unknown, but the wolf-soldier Casander could have been seen holding the box while the Knight blew the warning horn. Despite all soldier's reticence to get involved in such matters, when the General called they answered.

A mad scramble all over the settlement in search for someone or something was launched. Ser Rex mounted his ill-tempered raukor and took off around Greystone with haste. It eventually ended near the shrine were some might have seen the Knight with his own bloodied cloak in his paws, soaked and forlorn.

Those within the tavern likely witnessed Rex come in dripping and muddy. Once he spottedone of the genets he pulled her into a relieved hug. Far too relieved, some say. Far too insecure and jealous others believe. Still, the manx met up with a local chinchilla mage and went into her shared home with the local taxfurre. When they came out he looked even more pained but the day ended as he entered his home and didn't come out til dawn.

This morning another box was found by a patrolling soldier. This one was bigger than the first and some may have spotted it by the garden with a red 'REX' written on it. Again the Knight went into a frenzy and took a group of soldiers into the forest and did not return until sundown. He came back with the same group he went with just as downcast as he left.

Hopefully unrelated, a certain ring-tailed genet hasn't been seen since last night! Patrols last saw her with a horned lion lounging by a tree. Some say it was the blonde haired one, or was it the pink?

In a largely unrelated event an altercation took place infront of the manx's home. This time a box was not involved although some might wish there was one to help ease the confusion surrounding it. Ser Leander called the other Knight from his home where he came out in just his trousers and the blue-gray cat slashed at him. Rex took deep wounds to his chest, arm, and chin from the battle and was able to disarm Narsuun with a tackle to the ground. After a scuffle that knocked the other's teeth out they disengaged and stood up. A chinchilla-mage took the wolf-soldier often seen at his post near Rex's door out of commission and Narsuun took Rex's horn and blew it.

The soldiers that arrived were at a standstill. The majority took Ser Rex's side, they were of course long time friends and comrades, while a very small few held fast to Leander. That was until Rex confessed knowledge of the other Knight's true name, and the gossip that surrounded yet another event was born. Leander is accused of being none other than Narsuun, some might recognize the name as a branded traitor and Hawkmage leader presumed dead. Rex was told his words were false but that didn't stop his loyal soldiers from pulling out of the blockade before morning. They stationed themselves outside of the manx's home and the gaol to keep the Strihe that were caught captive. The soldiers that had come to 'Leander's cause at first we filled with doubt over whom to follow and remain at the Blockade to do their duty.

Terrible snarls could be heard late into the night from the Knight's home.

Come morning a bloodied necklace was found on the tree by the gaol by a soldier. Some might have seen it on one of the genets. It was brought immediately to a bedridden manx.

It is said that sometime after sundown a genet was found in very bad shape. She was brought to Rex's home and not seen until atleast morning. Soldiers loyal to the Knight continue to hold the gaol and the Knight's abode.
