Hello everyone,
I have loved my Instant Pot recently, and I've come up with a few recipes that I have been using. Would anyone at all be interested in Instant Pot recipes? It's not the same as traditional cooking, so there are some technicalities to the techniques in using one.
Any feedback would be appreciated!

I haven't used an instant pot in a while, but I might be interested in seeing some recipes!! It would be helpful if you put the texture/cooked-ness of the food, though, if you do post. I personally have some odd tastes, so for instance I don't like my beans anything but very soft, and that sort of thing.
Clue me in on what an 'Instant Pot' is?
Nevermind, I googled it to find it's a brand of slowcooker type pot. I just gave my cheapie away since it didn't make very good food, so I kind of given up on them.

That's basically why I'm asking if anyone is interested. Instant Pot's are complicated if you want the textures to be more than mush. There are some elements involved that both are for altitude or sea-level, but also just how long you keep the pressure up and going.
So yeah, I'd be happy to share! I had to buy a few books to help me learn the different techniques that work for me and my family, but it's taken for us some trial and error but it's been worth it and the experimenting.
Pasta and Rice one-pot meals are tricky with texture as well, but we have figured out a system for us. Would those types of recipes be appreciated?

I think they would be appreciated. Sounds like you have some good experience with them!
